LewisF
TOADA is one of those songs I can also learn on guitar in like 20 minutes but will forget another 20 minutes later. Also on that list for Muse is Big Freeze and the chorus of Falling Away With You. I always forget the chords in Micro Cuts' chorus
Hat
Starlight. Man, watching the music video really brings me back to 2006 when I started listening to them.
Bumpypotato
Starlight. Man, watching the music video really brings me back to 2006 when I started listening to them. Been having that with BH&R in general. So much nostalgia.
graciegirl
Y'know, by which I mean you get bored of a song or just don't listen to it, and suddenly it comes on and you listen to it, and you realise how great it is/was! For me it's been: The Small Print: Skipped it lots Stockholm Syndrome: I got annoyed with the riff at the start, I thought it started things too slowly. Now I find the willpower to wait it out. Apocalypse Please: Largely because of the 'Why does everyone bum Apocalypse Please?' thread. You must have some! Space Dementia
panikstacey
Lol, either I mixed up threads or I didn't post it at all... xD I wanted to mention Exo-Politics for reminding me a few of those alternative bands from USA musicwise a little. Plus, the chorus lyrics are a great use of irl...
Hells
Mercy. I wouldn't say it's 'awesome' but I couldn't stand it, until I saw it live last week. It's really fun live, and now I do enjoy listening to it.
Nicklord
Not Muse's song but Sign O' The Times. What a beautiful cover. Watched some Prince tributes and covers and that came in recommended videos and I'm blown away. I'm listening to it last 30 minutes Didn't hear it since like 2013 Edited April 26, 2016 by Nicklord

MartianSpaghettiRider
Animals. I shamefully admit I've forsaken it until now. That guitar work and that tinkering Rhodes part, wow.

Not listened to that song in ages, man I love it tbh. The outro could have been so much heavier, but overall it's a masterpiece

The outro could have been so much heavier, but overall it's a masterpiece Yes, it's quite unique in Muse' discography. Even I was a little underwhelmed by the heavy coda when I listened to the studio version for the first time, after listening to the K0‹2ln gig at E-Werk, but I've grown to appreciate it. serpentsatellite
I have never warmed up to Animals. It felt a little better live, but might have just been the absolutely stellar arena visuals for it. ConScience is such an amazing song when I'm seriously depressed, but I can't make it through it when I'm not.
MartianSpaghettiRider
ConScience is such an amazing song when I'm seriously depressed, but I can't make it through it when I'm not. One of their saddest and most hallucinating tracks ever... I think the build-up is nice, rabidly and menacingly leading to pure and heavy shoegaze chaos and such, like the signal of an exploding supernova. LewisF
Con-Science is a tune. One of the best Showbiz era song imo

Jobby
Okay so I've always thought the old '96 demos were mostly utter guff (and that the majority of people who hype them up only do so because Muse) but, listening to it...Forameus is actually quite a decent tune imo Kinda wish it'd survived to the Showbiz sessions and ended up a b-side. Imagine it'd actually be pretty fun if it received an Agitated-esque revival at a club gig.
Tesseract
Con-Science is a tune. One of the best Showbiz era song imo I think Con-Science is much better than several songs on Showbiz, shame it wasn't included in place of something like Overdue. loveis_ourresistance
I'll admit that it took me a while to warm up to Hoodoo, but after hearing it on the HAARP DVD, the performance brings a whole new dimension to the song and it has grown on me. Just seems to have more emotion to it somehow, in my opinion. I think the piano throughout works very well. It also makes a great lead-up to Knights. Finn.
Pretty much every setlist in the Absolution era is amazing Not only the setlist but also how they played. The perfect mix between rawness and precision. Also, City of Delusion. Is awesome. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2OqRszeH0pE
