This is just total horse shit,i dont care about "managment" doing whatever they are doing i'd just of liked a reply to the email i sent on monday afternoon asking where my boxset is but oh no not heard a thing.thanks for that then,will wait and see if it turns up tomorrow.

It's £50 on amazon so basically .mu just upped the price of the boxset by £10 and then said shipping was free.

 

You get a download code for HD audio files if you ordered from muse.mu thats the only bit i got so far and i have no clue how to put flac files on dvd

Anyone in the UK who has received the box set, did it come by courier or Royal Mail? I'm so angry it's still not here!!

 

Mine came today by UPS. It was frustrating watching the tracking details because, if I read them right, it was in my town since 5:00am yesterday! :rolleyes: Still, at least I could see the progess, unlike many here. Hope you all get yours soon.

i still haven't received my pre-order yet.

 

one thing i noticed, was that the pre-ordering specifically for the US wasn't set up right away. of course i ordered from merch UK...so i ended up paying extra because of the exchange rate and shipping.

 

ok...i'll chalk that up to my own overeagerness but *ahem*...expect the fucker to be on time and i've received no shipment confirmation as of today. (basically paid $40 for something that is $13.99 on amazon. :facepalm: )

 

so yeah...cheesed off bitches

For any Canadians out there going "WTF?!", I e-mailed Rhino yesterday asking for my tracking no., and got this e-mail over my lunch hour.

I also haven't got my box set yet ordered when it was first advertised. Despatch date was 26th September. I thought that it might have got lost in the post but can see that I'm not the only one still waiting for orders despatched on the 26th September. I ended up buying the CD.

 

For me there's more important things in life, to get angry about than this, but I thought I would add to the thread as problems are being collected. I wouldn't be happy, mind you, if it didn't arrive in perfect condition.

Haven't read this whole thread but here's my sob story:

I'm in the US, ordered the box set from the UK store last week, got all the emails/links I was expecting but they told me at the time of ordering that it would ship Oct 1. I haven't gotten a shipping notice yet. I wasn't expecting it to come this week, obviously, but I figured it would have at least shipped. It's probably ok, but it has me worried. Of course, they'be taken the money already... I guess i'll email them or something...

No CD/DVD arrived here:mad:

 

Even though it was dispatched at 04:34:59 on 26/09 Apparently

 

I ordered weeks ago, they took the money out of my account immediately (including £3.52 shipping charge which I thought excessive as Amazon would be free)

 

What on earth is the point in ordering from Muse.mu? Never again!

Yeah. They're aware of the situation and looking into it. That's all we know at the moment.

 

In the meantime, here is information on contacting customer support directly, if that hasn't been done so already. Make sure to include as much information as possible, especially an order number if you have one.

Thanks JessicaSarahS.....I emailed customerservice@warnerartists.net because that's what my email said to order when I received my confirmation. Does that go to the same place as the .mu one? That's the site I ordered from because the US site was down at the time.(Aug 11th) I will email the .mu one as well if you think I should. I just didn't want to send more than one if it's the same thing. Thank you!!!
