I know Slane Castle isn't exactly in Dublin but the festival is big so, if they did do a festival in Ireland, could that be a possibility?

 

That Music Scene Ireland page seems pretty intent on the gig being in June and Slane is supposedly set for May 30th, although that's not actually confirmed to be even happening yet. Even if it was I don't think it would suit them tbh. A lot of people seem convinced that if Slane does happen it'll be AC/DC headlining.

 

Foo Fighters just announced they're playing Slane on May 30th, so this is a definite no. Everyone's money seems to be on Marlay Park.

rumor of Muse playing at Rock Werchter is kind of obvious, saw some of it in Belgian media couple of weeks ago and on couple of forums. i'm pretty sure they'll play Rock Werchter, no doubt. as goes for Pinkpop
