kojane
God damn those who can queue up early and get the barrier! I'll be getting as close as humanly possible though
Dominic.
Also noticed in the Unsustainable video he's standing over by the drumkit during the breakdown. I'm guessing he's got someone in the back controlling the whammy? MIDI
Dominic.
Also Host sounded great as a little intro, and TIRO bass is beefy. Matt just needs a beefy guitar sound and it would make that song a whole lot better
kojane
Guess it will be treated like House of the Rising Sun except, the crowd wont sing it
andy24
Matt actually interacting with the crowd. I need to get barrier. If I slap hands with Matt (that's if he still does this) I will fangirl while laughing my ass off.
Will_
yeah one of the questions was something about doing a 10 year absolution gig and he said something like they might do that and he feels like he missed out showbiz and should do one of them too and that he wants to make a film of every album Blimey, if they did just one of those things I'd be well happy I think that's cool as fuck It's hilarious, although also a bit cringy in UD Muse managed to build a stage cooler than Radiohead's [maybe not that sustainable (no pun intended)]. Can't wait to see the first pro-shot (if it comes before the gigs I'll actually go to) It's not better than Radiohead, dem screens Well actually, it's just a lot different
kojane
so is it really anything like The Wall by Pink Floyd?
Jobby
So I see UD's still sounding as shit as ever. Well, we got Falling Down and Host, I guess there had to be some kind of trade-off.
MopManMuse
im glad about last nights setlist and have hope for the 26th at the 02, maybe the second night wont be better for a change - Heres hoping so

Dominic.
Can MIDI actually emulate moving on the treadle? I'm pretty sure it can, never tried it myself though. I think Shikari do something very similar in Meltdown and Gandhi Mate

I think Shikari do something very similar in Meltdown and Gandhi Mate Oh right, I forgot they do something similar. Still think I would've liked to see Matt do some of the work himself instead of have it all automated.
Hyper
Matt actually interacting with the crowd. . I don't like seeing Matt roaming like that Bono style.
Keth
I don't like seeing Matt roaming like that Bono style. It's not like Bono is the only singer on the planet who interacts with a crowd while singing. Useless comparison really.
SoberBaby
There needs to be a closer gig so I can get a barrier spot. This is just too good to miss out.
altbecky
Well, that's one way to make UD a little more exciting. That will never happen for me, I will never get barrier. And no, he's not the only singer to interact with a crowd like that, but you have to admit that the singing right into the camera like that was a very Bono-esque move. I rather like the moody i'll-just-stand-here-behind-my-guitar Matt better. Simply because I don't like to think that there would be a time and place where I'd be missing out on seeing him close up like that. I guess that's stupid, but i'm one of those people who don't like to get too close to their idols. It can be rather heartbreaking. good Lord, I am 36 years old, not 12. Useless comparison really. sure he is not but I was at the MUSE/ U2 gig and this new setup reminds me of that U2 gig too much. Including the pyramid. I'd rather Muse take influence in U2's stage design than Matt try to take influence from Bono's laser suit again.
Hat
A U2-esque stage. U2-esque vocals. U2-esque movements and interactions. Not saying anything about whether it's good or bad or anything. Just saying what I see
