Hat Posted October 23, 2009 Share Posted October 23, 2009 As for Matt losing his singing capabilities, I think, that The Resistance is a testament, to the fact that he's better than ever (in my opinion anyway). Live, he may not hit the same notes, but I have no doubt, that he is still a fantastic singer And I don't think that anyone disagrees. He has really improved his control over his voice. It's one of the reasons Cave (guitar version) isn't played anymore, and why Matt misses the vocals in the bridge of Micro Cuts. Not really a big issue though. My only problem with Showbiz's vocals is how much Matt is straining to hit the notes, I find it almost painful to listen to. That could just be me though.
