Like the Earls Court, 007, Delorean, etc. Other than Steel Customs modified MBC-1that resembles the Holey Glitter. http://steelcustomguitars.co.uk/product/mbcholey I'm hoping mine would end up looking like a rip off of the original Matt Black from 2012, before the neck swap for a rosewood fretboard that is but then again, i'd have to get a sustainer instead of a sustainiac AND find a way to remove the kill button or replace it with a switch on top of staining the fretboard with an ebony stain which might not even work well in the first place. Is that a common issue or does the sustainer intensity need tweaked a bit? Hi! Glad you liked it! By the way... I don't have a guitar like yours, just a LP with sustainiac installed and a FF in a stompbox. I do have the same problem with weak sustain with the FF on. Did you solved the issue or asked the guys at Manson's? Or perhaps you found some tips or causes for the problem somewhere? Or maybe someone has/had similar issue? Thanks! I really like how the Cort MBC-1 looks, and I'm debating whether I should get it from Amazon. My only guitar is a G&L ASAT Special, and while it's a good guitar, it doesn't do Muse songs quite well. It's made in Indonesia and to be completely honest, I've had quite a few problems with it with regards to poor QC. I'd love to get the Cort, but I'm half wondering if I should just save up for a Manson from Imperial Vintage Guitars (I'm based in the US). They're not "cheap" bad quality guitars so if you buy one you won't need to mess with the set up or anything more technical than maybe some new strings. I'm yet to personally play one but from what I've heard and the videos I've seen on YouTube, when people get the MBK-2 mod (the Manson Evo pickup) they find the guitar to sound as good as a Manson so maybe for a cheaper option you could try doing that! I'd love to hear people's experiences with the Corts and how much adjustments they needed to make before they could play with their guitars Well I'm a huge noob with truss rod adjustments but I think my MBC-1 need(ed)/needs a slight bit of adjusting to the truss rod but it's miniscule enough to not matter much, you could do it yourself but I'm just lazy. Beyond that, I'm very satisfied with my MBC-1's build quality and have noticed nothing inconvenient about it so far. I did opt for an MBK2 pickup as well as a Sustainiac and they work like a charm! Didn't take any adjustment to have mine playable, although it was set up by Mansons so I'm not sure how it'd be straight from Cort. Wouldn't take much more than setting the action probably. Neck relief on mine needs adjusted a little bit now, but that'd happen with most guitars depending where you are. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've found I can't even see the fretboard markers when I play standing up unless I go full hunchback to see it or something. The saying goes, fretboard markers are only for the other musicians on stage to see what key you are in. Many stages use Black Lights, can always use a little bit of clear UV reactive paint on the side markers so that on stage they will glow a little bit making them easier to see. EDIT: So that doesn't sound sarcastic, I mean I only look at my fretboard at the start of each song if i'm not starting on a first position chord. Usually in the set i'm currently playing, I occasionally look to reference the position of the 12th fret, and for one solo I look for the 15th fret marker.
