H4N5
he is saying H8 in the beginning i believe. According to musewiki Matt has said that he sings about the Hitachi H8, a microcontroller. Which doesn't make much sense to me, so I'm not sure that is what he originally meant.

Sunflower1mdp
Ohhh...there's so many amazing moments.....the ones that come to my head first are: The guitar solo in Hysteria The beginning of Guiding Light-- I love how powerful Dom's drumming is. The way Matt sings "pillow" in Thoughts of a Dying Athiest (ok not amazing but I like it) The bass in Undisclosed Desires In Panic Station, the way Matt sings the verses. Pretty much anytime Matt plays piano.

Tim59
Drumming in Supremacy? I find it to be quite average in most places.
EllaB
I have at least a dozen, but one that's really jumped out at me lately is Matt's voice in Animals when he's singing "Amortise, downsize, lay oooooooooff" before going into "Kill yourself..." It's got this great distortion!

jackparker
For me, with every Muse song there is always a moment which is just...wow. I'll just do it for T2L now: Supremacy - When the riff kicks in Madness - 'I need to love' parts Panic Station - Solo Survival - The grand vocals in the middle, especially the "I'm gonna win" line Follow Me - Bono screams at the end Animals - kill yourselves line Explorers - running around in circles part Big Freeze - when the U2-esque guitar kicks in Save Me - Solo Liquid State - Chris's Vocals Unsustainable - The newsreader Isolated System - when it builds up
hoodoo oz
Many songs but off the top of my head I like the bass intro to Hysteria, all of Hoodoo, intro to Take a Bow, the Chopin part of United States of Eurasia. All of Space Dementia, all of Stockholm Syndrome, intro to Resistance.

DifferentPerson
One that always sticks in my mind, even when I haven't listened to Muse in a while, is the end of MK Ultra. Specifically, from "All history deleted with one stroke" to the end of the song.
redneonfish
The intro into MotP and the subtle drum change just before Matt starts singing is just I also really like the middle bit of Unsustainable, it's a shame that it repeats itself at the end... museymouse
I think my absolute favorite has to be the piano outro to citizen erased, and the transition into that.. which I think sounds even better live in my opinion. There are plenty of others, most of which will spring to mind the second after I have posted this . However I do remember listening to unsustainable for the first time... and when Matts vocals kicked in, well it gave me chills. Having listened to the instrumental version of supremacy, the orchestrations during the first verse are particularly nice.. even nicer when the choir kicks in (although that's not instrumental.. I know ), also hearing him hit that high on the first live video was pretty jaw dropping too. As for other + older songs, I probably can't remember them all at this very second but: The guitar solo on Hysteria The piano on Space dementia + sunburn Bliss synth When the choir kicks in on prelude Liquid state backing vocals mon coeur s'ouvre a ta voix The last few lines of vocals on exogenesis part 3 Matts screaming at the end of showbiz The second chorus to megalomania (with the falsetto backing ) Micro cuts outro The ending of shrinking universe I love ALL of butterflies and hurricanes (obviously).. but the piano solo is beautiful Ruled by secrecy solo "I need your love" Stockholm syndrome chorus backing vocals Ending vocals (or wailing xD) for SFA The build up on hoodoo onwards The robotic voice on MK ultra, plus the ending of that song build up onwards on exo part 1 + 2 aaaand I better stop there, because I know this list will go forever, but these are just the ones that I immediately thought of. DwightKSchrute
In no particular order: The instrumental section of Cave The opening of Space Dementia Chorus of Sing For Absolution Chorus of Butterflies and Hurricanes The strings in Blackout The insanely catchy chorus of Starlight Opening to Assassin Wah-wah part of COD Ending riff in KOC The bass riff of Hyper Music Opening of Bliss Instrumental section of Dark Shines Piano in Sunburn Chorus of Sunburn "THIS ISSSSSSSSSS THE EEEEEEEEEEEEEND OF THE WORRRRRRRRRLD!" in Apocalypse Please Opening of Megalomania When Megalomania gets louder Vocals in Micro Cuts End riff of Micro Cuts Opening piano and vocals in Ruled by Secrecy Chorus of FAWY Riff in PIB There are probably more, but I'd be here all day And the best one? Probably SD intro but that is always changing
Aeterna
There are many parts that get me excited and extremely happy, such as the Dead Star chorus and the end of Muscle Museum, but Citizen Erased easily takes it. The piece after the slow chorus and before the final chorus, where the guitar is all 'DUNNUH NUH NUH, DUH, DUH, DUH, DUH, DUUUUUUH, DUH DUH DUH DUH', going up and down. -FutureStar-
Drums in Assassin and Bass in Glorious are just two that come to mind first. Lots more great bits spanning their whole library, though. jonisdead
The part where every song released after Origin of Symmetry has pissed off the "real, old Muse fans" and given them strokes, followed by seizures expressed via keyboard warring, and led the .mu community to wait with baited breath for the day that this group of salty patricians would leave the board for good.
