Redwingsrock
Guitar solo in Guiding Light. Particularly the ending when Mat harmonizes with the guitar Second verse of Falling Away With You when the bass comes in. Ending jam of Stockholm Syndrome. Particularly the heavy "slidey" part at the end of the first section of the ending.
heyjackk
The piece after the slow chorus and before the final chorus, where the guitar is all 'DUNNUH NUH NUH, DUH, DUH, DUH, DUH, DUUUUUUH, DUH DUH DUH DUH', going up and down. wot
serpentsatellite
Guitar solo in Guiding Light. Particularly the ending when Mat harmonizes with the guitar I love that so much. The entire ending of Fury always gets me, with the backing vocals.

DifferentPerson
The Citizen Erased alternate live riff after the 'quiet' chorus is probably one of my favourite moments. I also love the variations Matt does on the solo live, my favourite version being the Hullabaloo one. If there was a version of CE that combined the alternate riff and the exact solo from Hullabaloo that would be my favourite version ever. I also fucking love . Sounds like a Deftones song or something. Also the Ashamed outro. This basically ended up being my 'favourite Muse live riffs' Off the top of my head, my favourite Muse moment on a studio song is probably the moment the bass kicks in in Eternally Missed
New Born Lee
It's funny how I've never mentioned in this thread how I love the wall of noise at the end of Take A Bow.
PlugInYorkie
Live at Rome...the little bit of guitar Matt does before starting supremacy. That was bad ass. Just thought that deserves a mention!

rainer219
When the electronic section of Take A Bow breaks into the heavy apocalyptic rock section with the 3 note riff sounding massive and chilling, and the vocal harmonies grand and eerie. Also every time is moves through the Circle of Fourths. Pure genius - 3 styles and using the Circle of Fourths the way they did.

Jobby
The first couple of seconds of Fury. The 'Aim, shoot kill' bits and the creepy barbershop vocals in Assassin. Probably the piano in GOB as well. The drums on Debase. The guitar effect all the way through MOTP. The mini-solo at 1:10 - 1:24 in Sober. The last verse of Falling Away With You. Whatever it is behind the vocals in the first verse of Exo-Politics (not sure if vocals or synth) and the synth in the second verse. The floaty panning falsetto in the bridges of Apocalypse Please. The tapping sections, the 'Killed by...' vocoder and the distorted screams during the outro in Reapers.
White Heat
Hellfire Your're wiping me out Killed by Drones! Also the chorus is awesome.
hipbones
Intro to MotP The opening/drumming in Resistance - from about 00:30 until Bellamy starts singing. Both parts of those songs are connected to memories made with good friends at past gigs.

Boogles.
How Matt sings "Don't leave me out in the cold, don't leave me out to die" in Dead Inside 3:39 in Citizen Erased The GOB section of Assassin The high note at the end of Showbiz
Tim59
The Recess solo/ breakdown, and when the vocals are screamed but are lower down in the mix. The vocals in the Bliss chorus. When the drums enter in RBS. The vocals in the Futurism chorus.
Morinphen
I'd pick the "We really need to change it and turn it over" bridge in the Muse EP version of "Overdue".
underrugswept
This probably isn't my absolute favorite, but the guitar solo on Recess comes to mind readily.
Bohemian-Cygnus-Running-Out
I'll think of more later, but the "Don't leave me out in the cold" line in Dead Inside is one of Matt's most awesome vocal moments ever, as well as the whole midsection. Love it.
