I do admit I have a soft spot for Hyper Music, but I haven't seen as much adoration for it nearly as much as the other two. I like both songs but I don't see why they're considered basically the pinnacle of Muse and untoppable. I think Fury deserves the love it gets. I went through a phase when I was obsessed with Shine (both versions) but it's passed now. I prefer Shine a bit more than Shine Acoustic these days but neither really thrill me or anything anymore. I think Guiding Light would've been absolutely gorgeous if there was less ham and cheese. It's a shame, really. I actually do occasionally get into the mood where I can listen to it a lot these days, though I never want Muse to do anything like it ever again. Please. Why does everyone have a problem with Shine? Both versions are amazing. Correct. Guiding Light is a good song. Really, really, really, really, really wrong. The second song on each album has gradually got worse over time since OoS (Muscle Museum, Bliss, Shrinking Universe, Apocalypse Please [if you count Intro as a song]/Time is Running Out , Starlight, Resistance). I really loved SMBH live on the previous tour because it was really in-your-face, same goes to New Born [H.A.A.R.P], but they've really calmed them down in this tour, and thus, deserve the boot.
