Ahah, all these people freaking out about Dead Inside.

It's literally the only love(kinda) song on the album.

Of course it'll be poppy! I love it, really.

The lyricism and music is all great.

For those who just want rock, it's certain that the rest of the album will fit into the military, rock concept.

Love songs don't have to be cheesy and come with limp instrumentals, though.

The lyricism is not great. Not be Matt's standards, or general standards.

I don't agree that the instrumental is limp! I love the pixelated, lo-fi tone, haven't found the cheesy-ness in it (yet?). I think it's too emotional to be cheesy.

The shift from his obsession with her to his self-realization that she's taken everything from him is awesome and powerful lyricism. And it's only better knowing that the same story picks up with Psycho. Listening to this album all the way through will be incredible!

Muse hopped in a time machine, had a night out with Prince and The Human League, wrote this whilst watching the movie Electric Dreams the next morning and then came back to 2015 and released this wank.

Did not see this coming! I like the start, but it loses its opening punch and drags on for the last two minutes.

Hoping it grows on me; but so far not huge on it.
