That depends - I bought it second hand and had it modified to that spec. It's a bit out of place, but I think it works otherwise. I had my reasons though. there were a few things that bugged me about how it was originally. It's about as subtle as finding white_sock.jpg in a Facebook photo album that you expect to find guitar pictures in. So not very subtle at all. I do think the overall balance is decent (although I'm thinking of balancing it more by adding black pick guard screws), but it's more than the MIDI strip is a bit out of place. It's just the reflection of my ceiling that's making it look imposing. I'll get some better pictures (my iPhone 6 is arriving today ) later.
