    A LQ leak of a song or two would help get my hype back up so I'm hoping for something but I'll be v surprised if anything does get out. I imagine most people will see it as not worth the risk of getting kicked out.

    Lyrics sound pretty clear in that video, which is great. Should be clear enough to finally get at least a bit of the chorus right. "(Beaconed?) mind control And the world is (on your side?) Said, we've got reapers (on horseback? Definitely doesn't sound like horsemen to me) Now I am radicalised" Watching MOTD atm so don't have time to work it out/relisten yet. I'm sure someone else can if they want though.

    I actually quite like Sober. The chorus is annoying and the lyrics are weird but everything else is pretty decent imo. I love that guitar part just after the first chorus. It's infinitely better than Escape, that's for sure. Also, this.

    Nice to hear that it sounds like old songs will be in contention more than usual. Not bothered about any of this 'narrative' bollocks though. When I go to a gig, all I want is a fun time and a good performance. If I wanted props and narratives, I'd go to the threatre. Thankfully, it sounds like they won't go too overblown with it though.

    Hopefully, the gig comes pretty soon after (I think, anyway) so there's a chance we might have to wait 'til Saturday before people get into any real details.

    Whelp, bought a ticket to Download so here we go: Psycho Assassin Dead Star Supermassive Dead Inside [New Song] Interlude + Hysteria Citizen Erased Showbiz Stockholm Syndrome Agitated [New Song] Uprising (Extended) Reapers Time Is Running Out Plug In Baby MWAH *sigh* + Knights of Cydonia Might be a bit of a dream leaving out Starlight, Resistance, UD etc. but let's live in hope.

    Does anyone know if Download has any kind of ID thing where it has to be you who's bought the tickets and stuff? I'm guessing not but I've need been before so thought I'd check. Obviously, they've sold out now so my only option is to buy them off someone else

    Think it was hinted at before but here's confirmation: old and heavy songs to be played at Download. Really considering going. Only problem is it's a bit far away from me and they're the only band I particularly wanna see (I'd see Marilyn Manson but he's on at the same time).

    Every gig was 15 songs Unless you're counting Interlude and MWAH as separate songs. I'd expect the same for the US gigs, about an hour and a half long.

    That's how I thought it'd be as well. I guess it depends who you talk to but the people I met were pretty decent and it was nowhere near as awkward as I was expecting. I didn't mention who I was on the forum or anything, just chatted as one fan to another, don't know how I would've survived the 9-10 hour wait otherwise. Some of the things I heard other people in the queue talking about made me cringe like crazy though so maybe choose who you talk to wisely

    Nah, wasn't that great at Leeds or Reading. Glasto '04 still hasn't been beaten imo. Not sure if anyone's seen this version of Invincible before, I sure as shit hadn't. Mix isn't great but it's worth a shout for best performance, definitely my favourite intro with that bit from 0:40 to 0:55 <3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hBE34wyHZSY

    Not sure if they're blocked for me but I highly doubt it'd have anything to do with it being a single. Lots of songs get blocked, regardless of whether they're singles or not.

    Innit, I remember quite a lot of people (including myself ) saying T2L was their 2nd or 3rd best album when it first came out. Now, it's probably considered their worst.

    You know that Starlight was played at every gig bar one on the Psycho tour, right? Anyway, if the setlists are ordered like they were before, you'll be grateful for the rest

    "Madness sounds like Bliss", "Follow Me sounds like MOTP and Dead Star", "Reapers is the heaviest thing since Dead Star" (granted, that was after hearing it live which can muddy things a bit, still though...), the list goes on. Seem to remember hearing something along the lines of Overture sounding like Micro Cuts a few years ago as well.

    Muse fan reviews are some of the least reliable things I've ever read so I'll find it hard to get hyped over most of the descriptions. Little details about the Reapers outro and what kind of song Drones is will be nice though.
