frutiger75 Posted March 12, 2015 Share Posted March 12, 2015 just ordered the deluxe + FLAC/HD. first transaction resulted in an error in processing with no confirmation, yet the card was charged. second transaction resulted in success, with a confirmation number and a confirmation e-mail containing download links. called the credit card company, and, indeed, the card was charged twice. had the company flag the first charge and keep the second. i'm guessing that the people processing the orders are going to recognize the ubiquitous server failures and assume that most ppl just wanted to execute one purchase. haha. what a mess.
