The only famous person I met was Robin Williams. He came into the coffee shop I worked at and I made him laugh. And yes, he is startlingly hairy. I've met Good Charlotte and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. The latter was at a Snow Patrol concert during SXSW and my friends literally made him run away. Anytime someone asks what strangest thing a fan has done, weirdest gift they've gotten, etc... they bring it up. The story is that Dom has the painting because I guess Matt was scared to have it in his house. It will probably never see the light of day, but we all wish it would! I didn't know about the autumn tour dates until I saw this thread, so I just hope they come to New York again (and hopefully not on the September 24th since Porcupine Tree is that same day..). It is possible, they had a huge crowd in 2007 (I was there), there are rumors of them playing and I was wondering if anyone knows any info about it?
