redneonfish
Except twice the resolution. Isn't there a point where it depends on screen size and how far away from the screen you are because the human eye can't detect the detail.
Jobby
Isn't there a point where it depends on screen size and how far away from the screen you are because the human eye can't detect the detail. Probably, yeah, but I wouldn't have thought that either of those things would be a problem in a cinema.

kueller
Isn't there a point where it depends on screen size and how far away from the screen you are because the human eye can't detect the detail. Yes but standard screens are big enough to show a difference.
redneonfish
Yes but standard screens are big enough to show a difference. I apologise if I'm being stupid, but how big is standard? I was under the impression that it was impossible to spot much of a difference between 1080p and 4k unless the screen was massive, I.e. a cinema screen. I'm on my phone at the moment, but I can link you to the article I was reading to support what I'm saying. That's why I'm not sure that the difference between 2 and 4k will be that noticeable. But we're exactly talking about cinema screens. also, iadrao, it's "fabri" and not "fabry", thank you
Racket
I was under the impression that it was impossible to spot much of a difference between 1080p and 4k unless the screen was massive It'd be possible to perceive the difference on any size of TV technically, though seeing as a good percentage of people still sit too far away to get near the full benefit of their current HD set-ups means I somehow doubt that they'd see a difference at all. But anyway, 2ft viewing distance from a 32inch 4K screen will be enough to do the job in the future. Anywhere from 3.5-4ft on that size of screen could probably be enough to spot a decent difference too, if you wish to be a physics optimist. GSMU7
Stockholm Syndrome, Unsustainable and Liquid State are in the extras section but from other gigs so it is unlikely those will be in the cinema. Stockholm Syndrome and Unsustainable from Las Vegas and Liquid State from Dallas.
Niall
Glad it's on a proper format and not restricted to one mobile OS this time! I'm gonna wait to see if there's any limited edition .mu packages though...don't get why people always jump the gun a preorder from the first places to put a listing up. iadriao
But we're exactly talking about cinema screens. also, iadrao, it's "fabri" and not "fabry", thank you I know, but I thought "fabry" would make a more decent tag then "fabri". Is like when you call me "iadrao" - is a lot stronger then iadriao. (As a matter of fact it was a spelling error. You know that Italian is a difficult language for a portuguese. And, by the way, I am a psychologist, and so I don't need to write well to be successful, I just need to listen and talk). Sorry, I won't make that mistake again Fabi!
