CarpetBomber
I know it's an obvious choice but i'll never get bored with the guitar solo at the start of KOC especially the end part of it where the whammy hangs it out for a bit. The solo at the end of Stockholm Syndrome and the belted out final chorus of Hysteria are also my favourites. And the piano intros to both Sunburn and Newborn. AND...I'm going to stop because this could go on forever. Bloody hell Muse are great.
Man-Spider
That chunky sounding vocal part in SMBH where Dom sings "into the supermassive" through a vocoder. The intro to Citizen Erased when played with the loud floor tom flams when it's played live. Intro to Bliss. Interlude from Butterflies and Hurricanes. Solo from Hysteria. Knights of Cydonia acapella and beefing outro riff.
altrocker1807
Fuck....too many!! My bad on the huge post Apocalypse Please: ---"And this is the end. And this is the end...." SEXY suspense chord progression. Butterflies & Hurricanes: ---All of that buildup to the big attack at the downbeat. ---Matt's beautiful piano solo. ---That other big attack at the downbeat, after the piano solo and the repeat of the verse. It still catches me by surprise sometimes, and it made me jump at the concert. Can't Take My Eyes Off You cover: ---the "ba-da" bits ---"I LOVE YOU BAABY" City of Delusion: ---"I'll aveeeeeenge!" *strings and horns melodic feature* ---Chris's bass feature. Feeling Good: ---Matt's solo w/ the megaphone. LoL @ the Radio whatever# performance!! Hyper Music: ---augmented chords in the guitar riffs KoC: ---hands down, the headbanging part! A must-do in the car. Map of the Problematique: ---the second instumental section, going into the second verse. ---DOM'S DRUMMING Micro Cuts: ---Matt totally nailing all of the serious killer-falsetto notes. Plug In Baby: ---the genius guitar riff and right on the downbeat where the drums and bass kick in. Sing For Absolution: ---piano intro ---chorus...I'm in serious love with those chords!! Starlight: ---near the end, where EVERYTHING finally kicks in with "Our hopes and expectations." Stockholm Syndrome: ---guitar riffs, chorus and when Matt sings "I wish I could!" *more guitar riffs* Supermassive Black Hole: ---"Ooh baby can you hear me moaann?" ---chorus, with the harmony/melody verses blend Take A Bow: ---that techno-y middle Time is Running Out: ---All of that crazy, major buildup to the chorus. and now I'll shut up

HyperJamie
There are far too many good Muse bits, but my faves have got to be: Butterflies and Hurricanes second verse: Matt, Chris and Dom all giving it some, simply breathtaking. Showbiz: that scream at the end. WOW. Uno: intro is amazing Overdue: Final chorus is one of their best for me. Escape: Final riff section before it quietens down is so good. KateSuperMassiveBlackhole.
Oh me. So many. I Love the start of Space Dementia. And the end is fucking brilliant. The bit on Citizen Erased where he goes 'For one moment' and 'Open-minded.' The 'Ooohoohohhhohh' at the start of Map Of Your Head. Showbiz, where Matt's basically screaming 'And it makes me, makes me dream your dreams etc.' The 'time' in 'It's time we saw a miracle' in Apocalypse Please. 'How did we come to this?' in Time Is Running Out. 'Change in the air and they'll hide everywhere, no-one knows who's in control.' in Ruled By Secrecy then the big piano thing that follows. The 'and' in 'Glaciers melting in the dead of night and the superstars sucked into the supermassive' at around 2:43. Basically all of Hoodoo. Especially the 'Why, why is this a crisis in your eyes again?' And the bit after that. The physcho bit at 2:36 in Recess. All of The Gallery is amazing. All of Dead Star [Hullabaloo version] All of New Born. All of Bliss. The start of Muscle Museum. The 'nothing' in 'it's got nothing to do with you' in Cave. All of Unintended, especially the 'I'll be there' at 2:31. All of Con-Science. 'You will not find it in mehheheh.' in Coma. 'I just don't care if it's real, that won't change how it feels' in Eternally Missed. I love all of Execution Commentary. Basically all of Futurism. The start of House of The Rising Sun. There's more but you're probably bored of this comment already.

ControllingMyFeelings
I have heaps but a few I want to psot before I forget them are: Exo Politics - In the second chorus, the second half has a background guitar riff that just kicks arse! 3:27 to the end Escape - During the lines I'll still take all the blame, cos you and me are both one and the same, and it's driving me mad! And it's driving me mad!, there's this beautiful harmonious ooh-ooh-ooh in the background. Love it. 1:46 to 1:53 Cave and Fillip - the staticy, feedbacky starts. Actually, this applies to many more songs, but these in particular kick arse. The piano part of Cave - easily my favourite piano part of any song. The piano solo in Ruled by Secrecy - easily the most powerful piano solo of any song. The piano solo in Butterflies and Hurricanes - easily the msot impressive piano solo of any song. The intro and outro to Space Dementia The middle and mmmm part of Eternally Missed. The second part of the kick-arse Easily solo. 2:31 to 2:48 Plenty more but this was off the top of my head. watermelonseed
hmmm....theres so much, im prolly gonna forget something but here goes the "no-ones gonna take me alive.." part in KoC intro to Bliss (made me fall in love with muse in the first place, actually) intro to hoodoo that part in city of delusions where the music gets kind of muted and and matt comes in and theres this amazing kind of musical ascent (for lack of a better word) chorus in endlessly (it's so sweet! ) the intro to screenager (gotta love the bone beat, haha) all the incredible piano solos yeah thats all that i can think of for now

glenndo4000
i'm appaled that no one has put (or as far as i know) the prechorus in stockholme syndrome, you know the one: deh deh dehdehdehdehdehdehdehdehdehdehdehdehdehdehdhdhdehdehdehdehdeh (ghosty choir build up) or in fact the whole chorus of stockhome syndrome. tis immense. reminds me of space
Fridac
sing for absolution, when verse goes into refrain (and the intro) and well.. a lot of parts from other songs are favourites too.. but this one came to my mind first
ControllingMyFeelings
I love the S4A solo - Does anybody else think this is four bars too short? The first time I heard it I was like "Huh, That's weird, didn't feel like it was finished." Would be my favourite solo if it was eight bars long but what you gonna do?! funkadelic
There's so many, but the one's that come to mind right now: The part in Eternally Missed where it goes all dreamy Bass solo in City of Delusion (it's so damn cool) Very end of Citizen Erased (magic every time!) Ruled by Secrecy and B&H solos Any time Matt does his crazy ending falsetto and the thunder in Shine Acoustic I could go on all day.
