Clunge
Q1: Why, as a band with seven studio albums under your belt, do you feel it's acceptable to play 15 or 16 songs at your own headline shows while charging - at least in the UK - in excess of £50 a ticket (now closer to £75 a ticket) over the course of The Resistance, The 2nd Law and Drones tours? Would YOU pay £75 to see your current show? Do you think your shows provide value-for-money? Q2: Why do you feel it is acceptable to play more/less songs at certain shows? Do certain tour stops/groups of fans not deserve the same treatment? Edited February 7, 2016 by the aurora Condensed to 2 questions
EdBuck
Obviously with you guys having been around for a while now you've built a great catalogue of songs despite this you've stuck to a repetitive 20 song set list with just the popular/current album tracks. I was wondering why there isn't room to expand it a little and to throw the odd rarity in there to please us hardcore aswell. (Please play fury more, cheers)
forevermusic
#1: How long in advance of the Drones 360 Tour did the twin concept of doing an in-the-middle stage-show and orbiting spherical drones come about, and were there any ideas rejected in its conception? #2: What has the reaction been to moments like the drone failures before Dallas & Chicago, or when the drones simultaneously failed during Detroit? kipkolibri
Since twilight, have you been approached again by a big movie to write the themesong? If so, why did you decline? And are there any films you wish you could have written a song for?
LostwithMuse
1/ Matt, have you ever considered to make a full classical album? It's really something I would love to hear from you. But I have the feeling that's something you would really enjoy to do but maybe you restrain yourself to do it because you think it's not what "mainstream fans" (who are now a big part of the fan base ...) want and it's something difficult to integrate into the band itself? judejuddina
My favourite song is "Falling away with you" It's one of the few songs never been played live. Is there a specific or deep reason for this choice, or simply you didn't even think of putting it in the setlist? I've been asking this to myself since I heard it
bob122577
Question 1: Muse have a large variety of music videos. Some have more imagery and seem to be taken more seriously than others. How much direction do the band members give for the videos and what is the filming process like? Do you guys enjoy making them in general? Are there any videos that stand out to you (from Muse or others) as well executed? (Any other comments on the subject would be very welcome) Thank you for doing this and acknowledging the forums! Despite what the self doubt and syphilis and the occasional negativity may suggest , we love you! You inspire us and give us hope for a better world. bob122577
Question 2: Can I be the director a full length movie whose story is told entirely through your music? Or at least some kind of consultant? Please? I know it probably won't get picked but I have to try! And thank you to JessicaSarahS

We gave our band's cd to Matt in Buenos Aires when you guys played in Argentina in 2013, we were wondering if you ever got the chance to listen to it.
