kueller
I still prefer Galaga.
altbecky
I contend they are saving it to put on the DVD. Gotta give people incentive to buy it.
kueller
Kinda like the T2L making-of DVD. "Includes bonus footage which is just the rest of the Bellamy songs that could've easily been on the main video stream to begin with!"
serpentsatellite
This is like the on-disc DLC of the music industry... I will say I spent about an hour on hold trying to confirm that the movie is being shown at a non-4k theater in my area... that happens to be walking distance away from a 4k theater, owned by the same company... Niels09
I'm so sad that there are rumours that MOTP is not in the movie, The amazing sound of that song would be awesome in cinema..

mr.jingles
Are the screenings supposed to be only for a few days? Any chance that it would go on a wider release?
FabriPav
Are the screenings supposed to be only for a few days? Any chance that it would go on a wider release? Every country has its own single screening date. Italy on the 12th, UK on the 7th (iirc), etc. A few big cities around the world are screening it on the 5th too though
Butrus
I think I would have been able to live with the fact they cut some decent songs only if they cut Explorers as well.

One of the reviews specifically spoke to seeing IS. Not that it shouldn't have been cut. Either way, I can't justify the money for the 2k version at this point. Jujubean
Definitely going to see it if it comes anywhere near, but damn - I would love to see it in 4k. Love how creative and innovative this band is.

mskatie
Lack of Map et al. is disappointing, but I am still going to see the film and I'm sure it will be entertaining and visually stunning nonetheless. So, if anyone else happens to be going to the Beaverton screening, come say hello
wildwilly
I am preparing for this like a gig....for the next few weeks I will rarely listen to a MUSE song...and that way I really get my fix once I hear my favorite band.
serpentsatellite
Yeah, the NME article. right? The Beaumont one, anyways. Very clearly talks about the IS video on the big screen. Map is one of my fav songs, but I guess I didn't actually expect it to be there. A bit sad reading all the rave reviews about the 4k, when so few people will really get to see it in such, too. It is absolutely baffling. But alas, I'll be going to the London showing on the 5th. If anyone else is going, holler!
