egoddard
I think an acoustic album would be amazing. Like, all the old songs, like Jimmy Kane would sound funky as acoustic.
egoddard
I guess an acoustic album wouldn't feature much bass.. But Chris can play the guitar as well so it could be like a double guitar acoustic amazing spectacular thing.

Bumpypotato
I can't see them making a good acoustic album to be honest.

mskatie
I think if Justin Beaver can do an Acoustic Album, Muse can make an amazing acoustic album. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.
Raiga Kagekami
I'd rather have an album or even an EP full of new material than have an album full of old songs done on acoustic, reason being that it'd a waste of time and money to develop that acoustic album. They've done some of that during radio shows and stuff, you can probably find them on YouTube.
HystericalParanoia
It could work as some sort of compilation of live recordings, but a studio album would seem a bit far. Unless it was new material of course. Some new songs written specifically to be played on acoustic would be very interesting.
Hyper_Muser
For me an acoustic album would lack everything good about Muse. They should be loud, bass-heavy and spectacular, not quiet and intimate IMO.
WutDaFucksy
It would certainly be interesting, but I can't see them ever doing it

Guest
I'd love to hear Muse put out some acoustic material on the side, I can't see them ever doing a full album of it though.

No, check out the acoustic versions of SFA, Sunburn, Shine and Muscle Museum.
Alec Ferris
An acoustic EP would be good. A whole album? A bit too much.
Hat
An "acoustic version" of Unintended has one of my favourite vocal moments ever from Matt <
Furygirl
Tied up the vote. It would be cool, but I doubt it will happen. They don't seem to really go above and beyond when it comes to recording stuff, you know?
010101
I think this might actually be a good idea because I think an acoustic album will be way less cheesy. They won't be able to use too much OTT-ness like strings and epic vocals so they will pay more attention to writing an actual good song. But I agree with Alec, an ep might be a better idea than a full album, and if I could choose I would still prefer to have an electric album with good songs. With a well rehearsed musician, could easily have an EP recorded within a day. For me an acoustic album would lack everything good about Muse. They should be loud, bass-heavy and spectacular, not quiet and intimate IMO. Muse are not bass heavy.
