Hi everyone,

I'm thinking about selling in a few days, a MoC that I've made 3 years ago.

Inspired by the DeLorean / DL-1 proto.

Sold !

It's a playable instrument of course, but not a perfect body.

A description of the parts first :

Axerus P90 and GFS Fat Pat pickups.

MusikDing Fuzz Factory kit.

No-name tuners, tune-o-matic... (Axerus)

Textured grey body with aluminium top "brushed/used".

Rosewood fretboard (dark) and maple no name neck, a little bit flamed. The headstock is painted in grey like the back of the body.

Schaller strap pins.

Classic Manson strap grey logo, with the Schaller straplocks.

Not a perfect body because : I made a little mistake at the building with my template and my router :$ and the pickup's pole pieces are not perfectly under the strings. Of course it works, no problem with the sound, but the pickups are not exactly aligned with the strings.

Also the finish is not perfect, I wanted to try a textured body, it looks cool but it's experimental. Nothing changed in 3 years though.

The controls on the body :

Stab and Comp behind the bridge, with big aluminium knobs.

Pickups blend, guitar tone and FF's Drive for the three little chrome knobs.

Volume with big aluminium knob.

Mini toggle switches : fuzz battery on/off behind the Stab and Comp pots. And the other it's the bypass (fuzz/"mute"/clean).

Of course, LP toggle killswitch.

I'm not asking an expensive cost, basically the price of the parts. I'm thinking about 240€ / 190£ and the shipping to UK is about 30£ with insurance. So 220£ shipping cost includes.

And Paypal fees to add, if payment with it.

Are you able to ship it within EU? Would be very interested, but I'm from Finland.

That seems like a fair price. What wood is the body made of?

Oh, alder if I remember well.

Yes it's possible and it's the same shipping cost actually. (38€)

Nice DL-1 replica Braun. It'll probably be a lot to ship to the US so I have to let this one pass :(

Hi! Thank you

Yes indeed, it's more expensive, +- 112$ to ship to the US.

The guitar is sold (and shipped) by the way ! :awesome:

Items for sale:

- Fernandes FSK-101 (humbucker sized)

- Manson MBK-2 chrome (bridge)

- Unfinished Manson Bomber replica body

- Alder

- Routed for: humbucker sized bridge pickup, P90 neck pickup, tune-o-matic two piece bridge, top input jack

- MoC cracked mirror replica built by Martin Sims (who did the chrome work on Matt Bellamy's Manson Chrome Bomber) of the UK in 2011. The guitar was originally fitted with a Fernandes Sustainer FSK-101 in the neck position and an MBK-2 as the bridge pickup. The sustainer switch holes are now filled with 2 screws + covers (easily removable if you want to put a humbucker sized sustainer in the neck position). Both pickups were replaced with Rio Grande pickups to match the original pickup spec of Matt Bellamy's Manson Mirror (most popularly seen live for Plug in Baby). Guitar comes with Manson Gig Bag.

Here are the current specs:

Body - Solid Mahogany (glossed) w/cracked mirror (acrylic) top + belly contour

Neck - Mahogany (glossed) w/matching cracked mirror headstock

Bridge - fixed Schaller bridge w/through body stringing

Electronics:

One volume

One tone

3-way pickup selector switch

Pickups:

Rio Grande covered Bastard (neck)*

Rio Grande Crunchbox (bridge)

*Neck pickup and body still routed for humbucker sized sustainer if desired*

Internal Circuits:

Z. Vex Fuzz Factory

PM me for interests/questions.

Selling the pickups from my Cort MBC-1. Bridge measures 15.53KΩ and neck measures 6.79KΩ. The bridge actually has 4 conductors, so if you want to coil tap it you can

Also selling 4 replica aluminum knobs I had made a while ago. They're a *tad* bigger than Manson, but not too bad. Black knob is Manson knob and the alu ones are mine so you get an idea of the difference:

Any chance you'll sell two of the four knobs Cider? Price shipped to 75601 Longview, TX?

Hi, sorry I'm trying to sell all 4. The price is actually a bit high, so I might just take them off the market and get them anodized for my red Les Paul though
