FabriPav Posted June 8, 2012 Posted June 8, 2012 So do they charge you the very moment you fulfill the form, and then if you don't win they'll give the money back? Nice one, Muse.

L. Posted June 8, 2012 Posted June 8, 2012 So do they charge you the very moment you fulfill the form, and then if you don't win they'll give the money back? Nice one, Muse. Not exactly - basically the payment has been pre-authorised and that portion of money has been put aside on your account in case you are successful but technically the money has not left your account. They really should have explained it better on the application system.
stephanievance Posted June 8, 2012 Posted June 8, 2012 I'm afraid we cannot help on the board, but I advise contacting Muse management using the details given on the main site How do i contact the management??

They really should have explained it better on the application system. I'm reading comments from people complaining about the money that's been taken out from their accounts... My application was successfull, but there's been no money taken from me like the other members... Now should I worry about that? LOL. It's supossed they're already choosed?
Alpha_Female Posted June 8, 2012 Posted June 8, 2012 help@muse.mu kindly got back to me with some advice a few minutes ago - hope this helps some people. (Although it turns out my only problem was stupid Internet Explorer so if the page just isn't displaying properly then use Firefox or Googlechrome!) For card errors see below: "We can confirm the Application Process is working and the majority of people have been able to apply successful. If you are having problems and received a 'card not authorised message' this is because some bank account providers do not allow pre authorisation of cards, attempted high value online transaction or transactions in new currencies. Can you please contact your bank and warn them that you are trying to pre-authorise your card for a Muse ticket application, your bank provider should then approve the authorisation and you should be successful. Alternatively we ask that you try a different card to authorise payment. Please also ensure that you have enough funds available in your account to authorise the payment."

NoSurprisesPlease Posted June 8, 2012 Posted June 8, 2012 the iframe inside the page where you submit the form is under https Is there any way I can verify this? The internet doesn't seem to think an iframe on an unsecured HTTP site is secure at all.
MegaMicks Posted June 8, 2012 Posted June 8, 2012 It is most likely your browser. Tried Int Explorer without success. Google chrome - went through first attempt. Fingers crossed )
Marusken Posted June 8, 2012 Posted June 8, 2012 So a few minutes ago I tried to order tickets for their upcoming concert in Ericsson Globe, Sweden. After I've had filled the application the following error occurred: "Please enter your county (or state if in US)" I live in Sweden and we don't have any county, neither do we have any state. So how can I solve this problem?
LARGEVODKACHEERS Posted June 8, 2012 Posted June 8, 2012 Tried six times so far - after entering credit card details it fails, states haven't entered correct currency and Undefined ! Another euro failure??
janeybaby75 Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 am trying to book tickets for 27th but when i put in my card details it says it cant process it because curency problems?????? am i being stupid???? have tried like 5 times all the same!
Pip Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 If you're using IE, try another browser (Chrome, FF, Safari) as IE has caused issues for lots of us (not sure if that includes card issues though).
HannahG123 Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 It didn't work for me the first time but did on my dads iPad, try it on an apple product
Aziraphale Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 I had the same problem - it was IE. Used chrome and it went through no issues
audrey11 Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 Had the same problem, changed to Chrome and no problems now!! Just hope I get the tickets now - very excited!!
L. Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 Question answered. For any questions about the ticket application please use this thread: http://board.muse.mu/showthread.php?t=86558&page=3
SergioMC Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 In which date will we know if our application for the tickets (by muse site) was successful? They will send an email right?
