hipbones
Saying they "haven't heard that one" doesn't mean it definately isn't going to happen. Although it's looking highly unlikely right now. As I've said all along, she's debuting Born this Way so I doubt she'd be happy to share the limelight lol. I hope Muse play something decent. Srsly, UD, Resistance and Uprising are getting boring. Ideally, I'd hope for IBTY since we don't have a proshot of that but I think it's almost certainly going to be Resistance.

LyraSilvertongue
Denies knowing about it, not denies that it's gonna happen. Like I said, it's a denial If this person is the official spokesman, you'd think they'd know.
Hat
Like I said, it's a denial "It has been oficially denied by the Grammys spokesman that they will perform together" No it hasn't. And what makes you sure sure that this spokesman would say something if he knew?
Gareeh
how does that 'officially constitute' anything? it is playing it down, so people will have a surprise, if that's what their doing, but most likely it's untrue, but we don't know, so nothing is official. The whole thing was just a rumour anyway, spread by the Daily Star, an unreliable source at best.
Hat
Semantics. There is a HUGE difference between "I haven't heard about it" and "It won't happen". There is no official denial until it gets officially denied, there is nothing other way at looking at it really.

My point was that the official spokesman should know, so if he doesn't know, it looks like it ain't happening.
Hat
My point was that the official spokesman should know, so if he doesn't know, it looks like it ain't happening. "should", "looks" This does not look confirmed or official to me These are assumptions based on that he would say it if he knew. I never said it wasn't likely that he was right, but there is no way that you can say that "it's official, it isn't happening".
