  1. Ah Chicago lolla looks more unlikely as the days go by. And rares for the Aussies look more likely. All I know is that there needs to be at least ONE U.S. Gig next year. And hopefully not with a generic setlist.
  2. i'm not gonna lie, after all this lolla speculation, if they did the one on chile only... i'd be simultaneously happy for the south americans and pissed the fuck off that the US lolla won't get them. selfish, i know, but like everyone else, i want to see them. so sue me.
  3. it's not hate for the aussies. it's hate for the fact that you have to be on a continent 12+hrs away from europe or the US in order to get an epic setlist. isn't BDO a fest? shouldn't you pay less for a regular show than you do for a fest? idk. this is an honest question.
  4. i don't normally rage during the sexy plane, but when the special treatment occurs, i think i might. it's complete bollocks. i don't care how you slice it or analyze it, muse are unfair. love them, but mega unfair. there is no evidence to the contrary.
  5. i used to be the number one, optimistic person when it came to muse, even when i noticed the setlists getting a bit stupid. THEN i joined the forum, really paid attention, and watched the european gigs. THEN i heard that bullshit excuse about why they don't play MM and i kinda had it with them. yes, i bought tix and still spent money on them, but truth be told, i'm disappointed with them. still love them. but it's kinda like what hipbones said, i'm in love with what they USED to be more than what they are now. the fact that i accept the fact i won't hear older songs bothers me. i anticipate the new album, but more out of curiosity than excitement. it's gonna take a straight BANGER to make me forget this post and this tour. stripped down sounds good... but i want raw riffs. idk. i'm torn. i have faith in them because of me being a die hard fan, and this is just honest critique. i'm trying not to bash or rage. we can speculate on why they do this and that, and why dom and chris don't say shit... but honestly... what they do next year (i'm looking at you, possible lolla gig) and the next album will truly be the answer. unless NME or Kerrang does some deep fucking interview and we hear some truth. (which won't happen...)
  6. @pluginstarlight thanks!

  7. It depends on how tall you are and what your comfortable with. Matt's side, which is usually the left, is more rowdy and ppl push and mosh. Personally, I like the middle leaning towards matt's side, about three rows back. That way, I'm not getting smashed into the barrier, close enough to security in case there is a problem or I want water, and ahead of the moshers. Oh wait, I just realized you're joining me at the Milwaukee gig! Hahah I'll give you more advice in line and prob txt you!
  8. so the ppl on the "lolz" thread were right. there WAS a nutter who decided to eat confetti. ... thank you. i was having a boring day until this. laughter at your predicament feels good. i do hope you feel better. and I would also vote for this as best thread if the occasion came.
  9. I used to think OoS was perfection. Then I went on an Absolution kick for a few months and I like the way it flows better than OoS. Feeling Good throws it off, I agree. So for me, Absolution and OoS are even.
  10. What I did in terms of hydration and nutrition was this: HUGE breakfast early in the morning. Eggs, bacon, toast, orange juice... The whole nine. If you're one if those who has to go number two after breakfast, you should have enough time if you eat early. Pee as many times as you can in the morning. When I got to the line around noon (Chicago gig), hung out with friends, talked, and STILL was full from breakfast. Around 3, we walked to get hot chocolate while our friends held our spot. Peed again. Hot chocolate fills you up!!! So if you're hungry, I recommend it! Peed again once doors opened. Was totally fine for the whole gig. It's all about preparation, hydration, and having friends who have your back.
