  1. I thought this thread was about stuff that Muse themselves were responsible for... So on that basis, they ought to answer for the following: The Twilight connection. Seriously, can't believe no-ones mentioned it so far, esp after all the kerfuffle it caused here! Mindbleach obv works... Any facial hair on Bellamy just looks stupid. Eg when he grew a Pedro tache. *shakes head* Just: no.
  2. Try the PMT thread? Or there's this website called Muse Universe - they've got loads of pics, old & new. Give them a google...look up the early photoshoots, you should find it.
  3. Good review...even if he didn't mention that Bellamy is actually playing less stuff - I will forgive him for knowing Charles' name So many quotable lines... Sometimes I think that Muse should have a poster/advert like films do, with review snippets eg "out of the box and out of their heads" thanks for posting
  4. Aagh brain has gone melty at the thought of FREE! Muse gig. But have got family stuff that Sunday: in-laws visiting ...BUT it's only for lunch...would it be Bad Form to disappear in the evening, I wonder? That's if (a big bloddy IF) I got a ticket. Argh gods, another lottery *wibble*
  5. Nuffin we haven't seen before, plus some behind-the-times info (Chris has 3 kids!?) but hey it's always nice to see muse pics  http://www.nme.com/blog/index.php?blog=147&p=11483&title=muse_big_picture&more=1&c=1  Not sure if this link works - can't remember the last time I did one!
  6. Yay for seeing Pulp; boo for crappy weather! ...people in "our" Suede thread? Goodness me. We'll have to get some more chairs! :)

  7. Hello yourself! :)

I've been ok - watching the summer hols hurtle towards me *eek* No I completely FAILED to get a Pulp ticket - it sold out insanely fast. I was really disappointed. Will miss them at Reading as I'm only going for the Sunday. So am dead jealous of you seeing them this weekend - you'll have a great time! :D I saw Jarvis & co back in the 90s and they were fantastic. They deserve a 2nd lot of love <3

  8. Radio: Various entries in XFM's "top 1000 songs of all time" (until next year:rolleyes:) Haven't heard the whole lineup - you can prob find it on their website but today I heard: Muscle Museum at No 33 I think Plug In Baby - No 8 KOC - No 3
  9. Just watching another kid's prog Deadly 60 (with the excallent Steve Backshall) - and what do we have to go with a little piece on UK spiders? Oh yes - Uprising (spooky synths perfect for scuttling creeycrawlies) AAAAND OMG what's this tinkling whilst the spidey is lurking on aflower for it's prey? It's not - yes it IS, it's - Newborn! Why do most of my posts on this thread revolve around CBBC programmes??
  10. Poor girl didn't like singing on her own in front of the majorettes, but Gareth Malone took the whole BP group to a shopping centre, where she did a solo bit and they all sang the rest*. all for Children In Need. Weren't bad. (*wearing Pudsey bear ears:LOL:)
  11. Yes that is a perfectly normal reaction: you are fine. Woah. Flicking thru the digi tv channels, and suddenly- Time Is Running Out pops up on Kerrang! (Some sort of 21st century rock countdown) And if that wasn't awesome enough, it was immediately followed by - Plug In Baby! Brilliant. And yes I rewound and I watched them again. Sky+ does have it's uses (altho still not as good as our old TIVO - rip old buddy) :D
  12. Rebought all the albums last month - my old ones are in storage , and I was getting fed up of having to listen to stuff via youtube etc. I wanted to have them in my hands again! Anyway, HMV were having a sale, I had an old voucher burning a hole in mypocket, and thought what the hell. Recently listened to Showbiz and Origin back to back over the weekend. Surprised myself by liking Sober (twisted groovy verses)...also Darkshines, which I never got on with before..
