No one got it?

∃!x: Pr(x)

where

Pr(x) = Pr(Time|Chance)

∃!x: P(x) means there is at least one x such that Pr(x) is true

Where

there was a probability of the event (being number 1) had Time and Chance occurred

So it's

UNO!

I've only read up to this so sorry if I've missed a load of posts but I was so pleased at having worked yours out I was going to write it then I saw you'd answered it yourself :( Clever tho- I liked it!
