Kirby
kevin he got married sevearl blocks from my friends house HES 21 IT WONT LAST! Ew. See, I don't see the joy in having a purity ring, you'll always have it until that "one special day" but when you take it off, everyone will notice. Well, I mean not like everyone but if you advertise it as much as the Jonas Brothers, everyone will know and I dunno just seems like that might be awkward/embarrassing. t.gypsy
you don't want him to think that you're crazy... yes,my dear sister,i dont like when muse fans insult twilight so much that it is not funny anymore because i am a twilight fan and a muse fan (i wouldnt be here if i wasnt).that's the only thing that i don't like ,muse fans not being tolerant (sometimes) the response to that was a bit tongue in cheek... IngeVS
Well... Chris got married at 19, remember? True. And that's working out well. Maybe it goes well with that Jonas guy. But still there's a difference in the fan base. We are older. We respect the marriage of Chris and his wife and their kids. I think the average of the age of the fans of the jonas brothers is 10 years younger. Most of this fans will still hang around that married Jonas guy, with the same signs. Apocalypse plz
When i think of a typical muse fan, i think of a 30 years old or so teacher of whom is perhaps married or has a girlfriend, sit at their computers desks on the muse forum, stroking their beards thinking, im fucking fantastic lol Generally you can determine a loyal muse from a cusual one, lets play spot the difference shall we? "OMFG STARLIGHTZ 4 THE WIN, SMBH IS SOOO COOL IN TWILIGHT CANT W8 2 SEE NEW MOON ON FRIDAY!!!" "Hmmm the new alubm certainly contains musically interesting tracks yet at times it could seem muse have drifted into a wirlwind of commercialism. not as creative or credible as Oos but still a good album overall" What do we think teachers and fangirls? LoisM
90% (ish) of the people in giftend and talented at my school like muse...and the rest of the school pretty much hates them....that would suggest we truly are special:nerd:

Tofu
I don't think there is any correlation to intelligence and taste in music. Maybe people who are frequent listeners to classical.... but that's about it. Claiming one group of people are more intelligent from another based on their musical preference is not very realistic. The music of Muse is very different and deep but it does not share the same complexities as Mozart, Beethoven.. or dare I say, Radiohead? But I'll admit Muse has a very special way of stirring up ones emotions in a positive way, it's sort of mesmerizing and compelling. It must be subliminal messages and brainwashing musical tones!!! lol. I listen to classical. I wouldn't say I'm intelligent though. A lot of classical music is incredibly complex, though, but does complexity mean good music? If it can be complex and good music at the same time it's pretty damn amazing, but if it's just complex, than what's the point? What's music for but another way of communication? Perhaps higher intelligence is needed to understand that communication, but is that really the smarter choice? I remember Matt saying something about how he keeps the messages in his music vague on purpose so that it is more accessible to a greater audience because if it gets too specific than that music ultimately becomes obscure and misses the point of spreading the word in the first place. Woo run on sentences.
Paulina<3Muse
Yeah definitely. i think people who listen to Muse are more intelligent cause you have to understand the lyrics. and my friends who are pretty dumb don't. i don't think i'm the typical Muse fan. i'm 15, a cheerleader and the music i listen to besides Muse is Lady Gaga & 2pac WOOOO very random, i know. And i'm not a Twilight, Justin Bieber or Jonas Brothers fan seems like i'm the only one my age! I was born a genius lol but i'm actually very smart and i have the best grades in my school. believe it or not The most Muse fans i've seen on the internet are usually self obsessed, sarcastic, arrogant people or wait...should i say BITCHES! hehehe. But there's also VERY nice and cool, creative people who like them too who i've met IRL. and my close friends who know about Muse are all Twilight fans and the only song they know about is supermassive black hole of course duh.,.
