It's definately something like that, might be some kind of step pitchshifter plug-in, they are out there. Yeah I was messing around with my mates Whammy and the effect was great but I couldn't do the on/off rhythm with my foot lol But it's blatently not a flanger True but the Digitech Flanger gives you the rhythm.
