his rocktron has nothing to do with it. its a custom patch on the nord modular g2 that get motp's sound. thats it.

allright after talking one on one with rich ive found out what exactly matt does to get the live version of MOTP. He uses a custom patch thats routed through a nord modular to create the effect. anyone here have a nord modular?

this my friend is a REAL synth... it always makes me laugh wen i hear techis talkin bout how "lush" the sound is of moogs, wen all i hear is "beep beep beep"

wen i think of analog synths i think of the sounds my old blueberry mac made before it died. Wen i think of digital i think of either a triton or a REAL synth like the korg Radias or the novation x-station.

i really hate analog synths especially moogs. why pay that much money to get different bleeps and blipps and some buzzing noises. if you want an expensive synth go for an access virus!

well doesnt matts effect self oscillate before he even strums?

if you turn the volume up can you hear it self oscilate (i think thats what its called)
