I expect the T&Cs prevent this. They stipulate that we can request a list of names of all the winners... I've been wondering about that though. They're offering mobile tickets via MMS, so in theory ANYONE who can send/receive an MMS can claim their tickets, no matter where they live. Yeah, it's not that small really, not quite like the clubs they played in the US in 2005. Small compared to an area, but it's in the academy range of gigs really. Except, this year, the competition to get tickets for the festival is opened to residents of some other countries, which is why I applied.
