JimboMansonMB-1 Posted April 15, 2012 Share Posted April 15, 2012 Jim don't tell me you've been playing that les paul more I just finished restringing mine... after complaining about it for a year and a half, I decided to put lighter A and D strings on (standard 10's gauge) with a .052 for the 6th string. Feels much easier to play that way and doesn't rattle as much. Maybe I can stop worrying and put it in standard tuning for once Why not? Crowella Posted April 18, 2012 Share Posted April 18, 2012 Heck yes, finally had a bit of luck finding an upright and in a shop near my university too. $1,500 and it's mine. So probably around start of June then. I was in the shop for about half an hour playing this. By about 5 minutes, I was already jamming out some Jamiroquai.
