There once was a man from drumkin

Who had to live in a bin

Some noobs came beside it

and dropped a banger inside it

and now the man is dead

 black humour ftw!

Painting our faces with colours,

Or making eyes appear larger,

Only improves in the mind's eye.

Washing clean our apparel,

Can't give the same vibrancy,

As drawings on screens or paper.

Always trying to improve,

Based on what we make and see.

We can be two-dimensional,

But we cannot be 2D.

Skin can't match such flat colour,

Human veins are inkblots,

On our organic existence.

Skeletons built on bumps and grooves,

Cannot match our drawn curves,

Our dextrous hands are magic wands.

Arts are dreams and envious lands,

We want our make-believe.

We can be two-dimensional,

But we cannot be 2D.

We've come so far,

Or moved but an inch.

We give away our hearts,

With nothing but a flinch.

Still haven't learnt,

To shield myself away.

I'll keep getting burnt,

Just to keep the dogs at bay.

No, I haven't come a way, not at all,

I am but at the beginning of this rat-race.

Now I think I am going to fall,

All this, just to fall on my face...

Again.

Sorry but some of this reminds me of In The End by Linkin Park.

And the again just screams Hoodoo.

Otherwise I like it though. :)

I don't know what rhyming scheme that is.

You stand there,

alone like a silhouette.

You rub salt in the wounds,

just to make the pain set.

In your eyes,

there are no alibies.

You don't want the pain,

you need it, no need to explain.

Your face full of darkness and misery,

You are in no hurry.

You take the blade,

and slice, slice.

You smile as the pain confirms you are real,

your smile reflects the hurt you make me feel.

I should really do this more often...

Dont let me rain on your parade

but my indifference is too great to hide

I've stopped caring

I've stopped sharing

I've stopped wondering what you would think

Im done with this charade.

The Adventure

An adventure is a trip

And to trip is to fall

You fall when you're in love

'Cus love can conquer all

The adventure of your heart

Will give heart to others

Because it's others who will

And it's others who won't

Because it's others who take

And it's others who give

The adventure is yours

And the falling will toll

It will conquer your mind

And your heart and your soul

I tell you this, as lasting advice

It'll be bloody worth it.

Rose petals fall slowly on the water,

Pippling and distorting your facial features.

They break you apart,

and hide your scars,

they make you beautiful.

The night is young and hurtful,

souls will be burnt,

Tonight.

Doesn't really rhyme, but they're lyrics to a song i wrote just then.

They sound quite sweet to a 'haunting' melody :)

Ever since I met you

I couldn't stop thinking of you

You were in my dreams

You saved me in my nightmares

When I fapped, I thought of you

And I still have no idea why there are ants in my poo.

I want to pluck your eyebrows

And put it in your soup

Maybe I could add a little

Of that delicious piece of poop.

FUCK YEAH

yesterday whilst waiting for my class. i was bored so i wrote this piece in about 10minutes.

inside the nebula

burn. she will fall.

turn. crash and call.

the fading starlight feeds us all.

she screams to forget.

but we won't regret.

what befalls, is the stardust left below.

up, inside the galaxy a name shines across the sky

but only for tonight.

(and that's about how far i got)

Throw my heart and soul to the stars,

watch them burn like comets,

racing through the night sky.

doesnt rhyme, but i like it

Here is a quick poem I wrote about finding yourself in nature:

there's part of me you'll never know

the only thing I'll never show

hopelessly I'll love you endlessly

hopelessly I'll give you everything

but I won't give you up

I won't let you down

and I won't leave you falling

If the moment ever comes

It's plain to see it's trying to speak

cherished dreams forever asleep

hopelessly I'll love you endlessly

hopelessly I'll give you everything

but I won't give you up

I won't let you down

and I won't leave you falling

if the moment ever comes

hopelessly I'll love you endlessly

hopelessly I'll give you everything

but I won't give you up

I won't let you down

and I won't leave you falling

but the moment never comes

I regret who I am,

I regret who I've been,

I regret what I've done,

I regret what I've seen.

I see the end

and the sea I

running its shores

sure its running

to the end

and the two

choices have we

we have choices?

Nothing too fancy,

No great long words,

Simple little ditty,

For the sexy musers.

I am a poet,

I'll bet you didn't know,

Published in print,

No money made though.

So here is my piece,

Plain for you to see,

I hope you enjoy,

Reading poetry from me.

Give me a rose,

Give me a hose,

I'll put the rose on the hose,

And we'll pray that there's no god,

To punish us and make a fuss!

Give me a rose and i'll set it on fire

It's shrivelling body forming a loveless pyre,

But give me an owl and you'll not see a scowl

And only our love soaring higher.

Bloodplay

Steam issues from our skins,

Collapsing as one, drenched in blood,

Bodies wrestled, fought and clashed,

Then the moment; I reached the spot.

Screams mixing up with silence,

Bodies blessed with lines and cuts,

As walls were breached, I saw red,

Then the moment; my hands are blot.

I carried you, us both gasping,

Hidden there until next we roam,

I, a warrior, can truly hear,

'Tween clashing swords,a soft, sweet moan.

The day holds a battle, and then our night is made.

Now touch my lips and kiss my blade.

One afternoon,

I was sitting drinking my wine,

And I thought, my, this is fine,

So I opened the door,

And layed on the floor,

Come waste your millions here,

Secretly she said,

And we'll pray that there's no god,

To punish us and make a fuss!

Two days ago, I went to see

A doc of gynecology.

When I walked in, she said to me,

"My dear, you're going to have to pee."

And so to pee I went with glee,

For on the doc you mustn't wee.

One night in Spain

Have you ever wondered,

What that drink was like,

Cloudy water,

Potential pain?

Have you ever wondered,

What would have happened,

If you'd had a sip,

One night in Spain?

I'd like to dedicate that poem to Ryanbmuff and New Born Lee.
