jackparker
NME has just released a list of the 50 best live albums of all time. HAARP came in at #40! Not even a sign of Hullabaloo or Absolution Tour which is a bit disgraceful! I'll post the full list in a bit.

Clom
There's a tour dvd for absolution, but not an actual live album.

Cherry Cola
Hullabaloo > HAARP. No competition. This. I could understand Hullabaloo being in there but HAARP?
Anxyous
HAARP was howwible. Looked great, sounded awful.
Banksy.
They should've had a CD for Absolution tour, that had the best sound quality out of the three, and just a DVD for HAARP. But there was only one night of recordings from Glasto 2004 I s'pose.

They don't deliberately make bad sounding CDs, so they don't just decide to make one that sounds good. And what difference does only one night at Glastonbury make? As far as I know, there are only 14 songs on HAARP anyway.
alehartl
Hullabaloo definitely is better than HAARP. Different note, NME has been making a habit of putting pictures of Matt for on the homepage for all their list things that Muse are in to get people to read it. It's kind of sad. I didn't say that they did, but surely after hearing the sound of the HAARP CD compared to the audio on their other two releases, they could've realised it wasn't very good. The recording equipment used is just didn't work for HAARP. And yeah, but I guess there's a slight variation in the way that those songs were played etc. You have to be joking. No.

Glastonbury has 14 songs, the latest live CD had 14 songs. Why would it need a second night?
Banksy.
I still don't know what you are getting at. Glastonbury has 14 songs, the latest live CD had 14 songs. Why would it need a second night? Because of the Absolution tour DVD, I assume people wouldn't want two identical copies of songs, albeit one with video. Whereas HAARP had two nights, and therefore was slightly different. Although since Muse choose not to rotate the setlists or muck around with their own songs that much, they were kinda the same. But you see what I'm trying to say, right? I apologize for the confusion.
Heartofsaturdaynight
where did Iron Maiden's Live After Death come in that poll
Raiko
I think I prefer Hullabaloo myself, though Unintended at Wembley craps all over the Le Zenith version and is a highlight of HAARP, along with Blackout, which is my favourite live performance of any individual song. Kenshin11212
I love Micro Cuts and the SS riff at HAARP. Besides that, I don't like it too much.
Riveon
'I Might Be Wrong' in the top ten, really? Don't get me wrong, True Love Waits and Like Spinning Plates are sublime, but I wouldn't have picked it as being that good.

Tom//P
To me it sounded like Matt had lost his voice during HAARP - almost 'nasally' - most notable on the quiet songs such as Unintended and Hoodoo.

LyraSilvertongue
The exclusion of Absolution Tour is strange. It's such a nice album. Absolution Tour was a live DVD, not a live album, so I don't think it was eligible.
