    Indeed. Aftermath is a bitter disappointment. The intro gives me chills. Then bam. Key change to a Broadway/country ballad. It makes me stabby literally every time I hear it.

    I like the second part of it, (the handler solo) but it sure does take a minute. I was like... Confused. And then it picks up and I'm like oh. Ok, I get it. I see why Matt hasn't done very much improv type solos and sticks with echoing the chorus a lot. Still haven't listened to this cover

    It's weird, but it really isn't T2L I miss, it's the tour cycle. I don't love the album. I find more to like on Drones, (despite the huge bitter disappointments of The Globalist and Aftermath) but the tour cycle for Drones was very deflating. Part of that, admittedly, is that I didn't get to see it. They skipped my area and I couldn't afford to travel. Judging by the sets and performances, it wouldn't have been worth the money. The Psycho Tour was fun, I enjoyed watching it from afar. Shame they didn't carry that enthusiasm through.

    I watched the USTour section of the Rome DVD today. I miss Follow Me. I miss that stupid barrier walk. I miss the not Drones Era. I am trying to stay away from the hype about this "project" but I have to admit the thought of leaving this wreck of a tour and album cycle behind, and moving on to something else excites me.

    I agree, it's cringey. Really shouldn't have to do this, all they need is to throw in two rotations of heavier/older stuff and a rotating piano slot. Mainstream fans get their pop, old school fans get their rock= everyone leaves happy. Simples.

    Personally offended. But whatever. The vast majority of "Muse fans" my age match the stereotype so.... I'm not on board with a US rarities tour. The country is too big, someone will be left out. Namely me cause I live in bfe and can't afford to travel. Just throw a few into regular rotation like they did on the second US leg of T2L, and hit the areas they missed this list time around. We're not asking too much here.

    He did It was a standard setlist, but they sure had a good time!

    My list is so sad My three gigs were all really great. Las Vegas was special because it was our first and also #DeadStarForVegas, which was fun but ultimately unsuccessful. The other two were on that second leg of the US T2L tour, and they'd resurrected Unnatural Selection, and started playing Agitated again. And of course in Salt Lake we got BOTH Hysteria and Map which if I recall were on rotation at the time. Plus, the rogue Butterflies and Hurricanes. I really can't complain, but someday i'd love to see Bliss.
