They haven't played it at any festival gigs.

I know, but I had hoped the summer ones would be different yeah? And it wasn't at Casino de Paris either. I just hope they don't permanently eradicate it from non-stadium shows. I want it in the U.S. again in the fall!

It would seem a bit weird that they rehearsed all these songs for the stadium gigs overseas and then came back to America and did the same setlist from back in the spring. I'm not holding my breath though. :(

I really hope this isn't the case. I want variety at our Australian shows. :)

It should definitely be back for the US and Australian arena shows.

Casino de Paris was a festival warm-up gig it seems, and it didn't have the screens and everything. I can't imagine Overture working in the atmosphere of a festival, or without the screens and everything.

I wouldn't exactly call it 'magnificent', but it makes the song half-bearable. Put Guiding Light next to it, throw in a bottle of whiskey and you've got a cheesy suicide ready for you, though.

But I don't want to die :'(

Stockholm Syndrome was in a weird spot, between NSC and Nishe/USoE

They've done it before the piano songs before. It's alright there. Either need a proper heavy one or something like CE or Butterflies for the guitar-piano transition I reckon

Stockholm into USoE is all good, NSC into SS is a little weird though, but nothing wrong with it. I'd still like to see SS as an opener again.

Imagine if they decided to play Feeling Good before USoE. You'd have an epic GL -> NSC -> FG combo. Hell, I would want to leave the gig if it got THAT bad.

How about: Guiding Light - Neutron Star Collision - Feeling Good - Invincible - Unintended - Resistance - Starlight?

That makes most sense to me. It's surprising how boring you can make a set look if you put it in a different order!.

I'd prefer Uprising as an encore opener. It's a good song, but CE doesn't really work as a encore opener... I don't understand their logic in putting Hysteria in the encore either, PiB/SS both work better. I want Hysteria before USoE again, to at least attempt to break the cheese chain.

CE -> SD would be fucking epic as a gig opener, too.

That said, I'm still happy with the setlist.
