yay vids :awesome:

yeah, fair enough, if I'd had time (and actually gone for a ticket ) I would, but that's a whole different thing. If they were playing more stripped-down shows more often Casino de Paris would not have been so special, no?

I guess my point is that people are most likely travel for the special things, like the stadium shows or the stripped down gigs, not just for the bells and whistles ;)

For the stadiums, I think having the big stage is important because so many people will be so far away... but if I went to one of the arena shows and there was a technical glitch with the towers and the video screens and the band ended up having to play with the house lights on, I wouldn't have been bothered. As long as the sound and mix were good, I could handle not having the fancy stage. But it doesn't matter how good the lights and stage are, if the music isn't right, I'm more likely to notice.... if that makes any sense...

yes absolutely the music/sound has to be right, above all else!

Back at home!

Sorry, about the House of the rising sun confusion but I was too lazy to tweet all the riffs. :p (too many). So yeah, Intro + Chorus was played and audience sang.

I couldn't believe it either that they started with MK and then CE... never thought of that. I love love love CE live... sooooo beautiful. :supersad: Ah, the whole gig was so much win. Setlist was looots of rock and no cheese. :awesome: (Though we were prepared for NSC, we wanted to do all the cheesy slow motion movements  )

I have not a lot to say right now, I'm still SO exhausted... we were at the barrier since 12 and Muse started at 9:15 PM... it was SO hot. Thank god securities always gave us water. My feet are about to fall off.

Uploading pics and videos (Hysteria + PiB) now... no House of the rising sun from me, I was too shocked to grad my camera, sorry

Can't wait for August and another Muse festival set. :D

I was just watching the MKU vid... how did they come out? Did they just walk out and play a riff, then start MKU?
