I think Owl City is named for Owatonna, MN, the guy's hometown. It's an hour south of Minneapolis. I lived a couple hours south of Minneapolis before I moved to Denver this summer. Time zone is getting confused even in this country They should be on in about an hour. Minneapolis is in central time, so 1hr behind NY and 2hrs ahead of LA. I'm not positive, but it is some sort of "check in" app and it puts up a post of where people are checking in and how many other people have checked in.
