It might be a bit less stressful for you if your first experience singing/playing in front of people is with a band. That way, you're not alone up there, you know? Being a solo artist takes nerves of steel. Even then, from what I hear, lots of artists are scared shit before every show! But if you never try, you'll probably regret it.

You know, if Muse wants to play jazz, or death metal, or reggae, punk, funk, salsa, hip hop, country, or surf, as a side project under a different name, I think that would be great. But PLEASE don't put it on a fucking MUSE album!

Wow. WOW. Now that is fucking beautiful. While I wouldn't want it on a Muse album, this piece shows with absolute clarity just how talented and versatile Matt is as a composer. My guess is that he'll be doing many movie scores in the future. I'd even bet it will be a big part of his bread & butter in his older years.

I don't think Dom was exactly sober in that clip either! He was just less obvious about it.

I'm fine with anything radically different from NSC and GL! I don't mind electronic stuff either, as long as it's got guitar riffing on top of it. I hope they lean more Trent Reznor than Skrillex if they're going to do that though.
