  1. Just heard Exogenesis Part 3 played on BBC1 during the Olympic tennis coverage. They did a segment on Andy Murray's journey from the Wimbledon final to the Olympic final. Got a bit teary-eyed with that music playing in the background! Go Murray!
  2. Hi there ;)

Yeah I don't come onto the boards that often, and if I do talk Muse I tend to stick to MuseLive. I'm really good at the moment; only a year left of uni and I've lost 3 stone since I saw you! Few more to go haha.

How are things with you? Been to any more gigs (Muse or otherwise)? I got tickets for Reading - Sunday only though. I can't be dealing with camping! I just had to see Muse's supposedly last time playing Origin. Should be pretty exciting.

  3. I still think they should do Hitman by Queen.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n3szPRF3gaM It's not one of those 'massive' Queen songs that are so well known the original overshadows any attempt to cover it. I think maybe I am dying for Muse to do another song with a massive riff going all the way through lol... oh well.
  4. Was just watching episode 2 of Secret Britain on iPlayer and they had Exogenesis Part 1 playing briefly during a segment about a giant underground Cathedral-like limestone mine in Middleton Moors. Amazing programme btw... so much beauty we take for granted on our little island nation.
  5. Heh thanks... though I can't take all the credit. The gifs come from Paul Robertson's livejournal here: http://probertson.livejournal.com/33796.html

He was the lead artist on the game Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game. I am a child of the 80s so this game is like a love letter to my gaming youth! <3

  6. Undisclosed Desires was just played on the BBC3 TV programme called 'Vampires: Why They Bite' It's quite an interesting programme, which charts the history of vampires... the song was used during a section where they talked about the vampire's sexual desires lol... appropriate I suppose!
  7. Hey, glad you enjoyed Stade de France - I've tried to stay away from photos and videos so that the stage production will still be a surprise at Wembley. ;)

Going to kick back and relax this weekend and watch Glasto on telly... still so sad about not being able to go myself. BBC3 will have to do instead!

  8. Gok Wan talked about his love for Muse on Dermot O'Leary's BBC Radio 2 show yesterday morning... Although be warned, he became a fan after watching Twilight. dun Dun DUN! So predictably they played Supermassive Black Hole - although Gok has an amusing story about how the song cost him £50k! http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/console/b00nm3bn It's at 1:44:48
  9. Hey thanks for adding me as a friend! I'm not here on Muse.mu much, mostly hang about on muselive.com under the same username. I'll have a little look at your profile now ;)

  10. Ticketmaster have some new service now where you print your tickets yourself so maybe thats what they mean by "tickets in hand".
  11. Seriously! http://www.itv.com/ITVPlayer/Video/default.html?ViewType=5&Filter=38337 check it out! Assassin is played in the first minute or so of the episode. Crazy stuff. Also, I just heard Hysteria on Countryfile Some interesting programmes are homing in on Muse!
