  1. I challenge you to find five posts that corroborate this. How is any way is Kid A 'weird' or more so, 'artsy-fartsy BS'? It's just Radiohead using different instruments... . The ethos of the music is basically no different to what they were already working with on OKC. But that's another argument for another place.
  2. Aye, I don't finish 'til the 28th :(. But then, freedom - three weeks of debauchery. Wheatus are playing Barfly too :awesome:.

  3. Fnar fnar, chars chum .

How be it? Exams and stuff to come or are you done for the year?

  4. Yo' chum. Kasabian are fabulous, I'd heartily recommend their newest album 'West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum', it's got an almost concept album/proggy feel to it, really cohesive. Their second album 'Empire' is a tad duff, though it does feature a number of brilliant songs such as The Doberman, Empire, Me Plus One and Stuntman. Their first album is rawer with loads of great songs as well, though I'd still say start with WRPLA. It's almost Musey in places, with big dollops of psychedelia.

    Get cracking ;).

  5. It's not really that that bugs me. Touting will continuen regardless whether it be through legalised touting/scalping, through eBay or on the streets. Muselive is a FAN-SITE, surely the ideal place to act as an ethical, fan-to-fan ticket exchange? But no, team up with Viagogo and watch the £££s pour in. I know it costs a lot to keep a site like Muselive online but this is just not on imho.
  6. Great help from Muselive. http://www.muselive.com/forums.php?m=posts&q=42165 Srsly, morals? Integrity? 'Fan-site'? - Yeah right .
  7. Well... my avatar is Adam Hart-Davis and as you are roughly the same age as me, I'm guessing you remember his programmes like 'What The Romans Did For Us', 'What The Stewarts Did For Us', etc.

    Comprennez?

  8. Yes, in all likelyhood, but then you'll have to pay a tout over the odds to get in and by doing so, keep the touts in business. On your conscience be it, and your purse-strings .
  9. http://www.scarletmist.co.uk . Keep checking there on an hourly basis and sign up for email alerts for the Muse show you want to go to, something will crop up - there's at least a month and a half to go yet! Keep an eye on Musebay too at the top of this page. Try at all costs to avoid using eBay, Getmein, Seatwave, etc - all you're doing is contributing to what is effectively legalised touting (scalping). If we all stop doing it, it'll go away. Good luck.
  10. Wahay, congrats on your Mod-ism matey!

  11. Same for me, feckin' scary amount of time . What I love about all five Muse gigs I've been too is that each one of them has been, in some way, unique. I've not seen them same 'show' twice - Earls Court, Eden, MEN (only 'normal' tour show I've been to), Wembley Stadium and RAH. All COMPLETELY different gigs.
