I was gonna ask you, because Dam my ears can't differentiate between the bass and tom sounds thats alright mate - nor could niles' its relatively easy once you get it! Hey hey. Just a quick question, if you look at This (Paul Gilbert, Scarified Video) am I right in thinking that the drummer has a set of closed hats mounted on the right of his kit(His floor tom I think). I've always thought about having a normal set and a closed set of hats in a kit for double bass but never seen it before, is that what he's doing? Marco Minemman! Double bass is lame, though.
