Really wonder what these sets will be like if they actually go through with anniversary gigs. With R&L once they said they'd play the whole OoS it was pretty set in stone it would be full album + hits (unless you were delusionally optimistic). I feel like they won't be so obvious with these.

And it's not like it's a festival with a lot of people still not knowing their songs except for the hits. This time it will be 99.9% hardcore fans.

That still doesn't mean they're going to play 99.9% fan favorite rarity sets. The board always overshoots its expectations and with an anniversary gig it could go pretty out there.

This is probably true. Hoping for comebacks of Showbiz and Assassin is too much?

I'm not entirely ruling out Showbiz, assuming they actually try to cover material from all the albums (although remember they do already have 3 Showbiz songs already rehearsed from the tour). Assassin I still unfortunately doubt will ever come back.

We'll see though. I was only expected 1 or 2 songs to come back for the stadiums and they brought back 5. Granted, 2 of those were Feeling Good and Guiding Light.

Feeling Good was already back though since the US arenas

they might play their Battle of the Bands set in full

tbh it's impossible to predict cause they may go for some really unobvious choices like they did on this tour with Falling Down and Host (even though it was just a snippet). I bet no one saw it coming.

but I can already imagine the way they may play Showbiz these days :facemelt:

btw no one said a thing about my actual set

I'm sooo used to this though :D

Actually whoever made the "Hitler's Reaction to The Resistance" video predicted a load of things. It was actually quite prophetic.

Hitler: "I want to hear Host, and OoS in full". A few months later OoS in full announced. Next tour Host returns.

Hitler's General: "We must shout for Dead Star, otherwise there's a good chance they wont play it". A load of people shout for Dead Star at gigs. Dead Star played the following night.

There might be something else but I forget.

Can you imagine how good would Assassin, Glorious, Fury and Showbiz sound these days..

Fury and Assassin would be beefy as fuck. Showbiz I don't see sounding much different from 2006. Glorious makes me want to throw all my money at them.

Out of all of those I'd say Glorious has the least chance of ever coming back.

If they ever bring back Assassin I hope it's Debase instrumentation with Assassin lyrics.
