Might be interested in that and the strap loads of watchers but no offers, i cant afford to reduce the ebay price though, the speaker cable was made by a german company when i had the vh4 i have no idea why it was so much but Peter told me it would inprove the high end on the amp. Maybe a load of rubbish though. ill do you a deal £70 for both and £2.50 postage :-)

The only reason to pay more for audio cables is the connector/jacket/armouring quality and ability to stand up to abuse ie. gigging/touring. What about this then? http://www.mercurymagnetics.com/pages/catalog/other/powercord/AC-cord-01.htm I'm sure many people have bought that, but I think this picture sums it up: so you're basically paying loads for a TONE cable just to plug into a wall socket with sub par wire

Obviously it won't make any difference to the tone, given that an IEC C13 / C14 interface is rated at 10a and even a 1.5mm2 (or AWG15/16) cable is more than enough to match that. cheddatom
Yeah that is bollocks - copper is copper. whatever mate, I use proper tone copper from the andes and I know it makes a difference. I also buy the decent tone hard drives for my computers as well, that way less tone is lost between the digital samples. You might not be able to hear it, but my god-like ears hate the sound of any other hard drives.

cheddatom
have you ever listened to mp3s stored on a flash drive or worse yet a solid state hard drive? FFS why do they keep fixing things that aren't broken. The rotating discs in your hard drive are what manages to fill the gaps between the samples. The momentum gives that analogue warmth
Dramatic Hammer
You should write copy for a boutique amp manufacturer.

Yeah, price is reasonable and everything, but the marketing and TONE copper etc just seems like a load of nonsense. And yes, they're rated at 10a, although I'm not sure what the average amplifier usually pulls and how much it varies. No more than what the mains fuse is rated at anyway, and I've never seen any larger than 5a And I don't know either. I just use the ones that come with my amps...or in my pedalboard's case, an apple power cable. I've always understood power quality (I have no idea about any of that) and varying voltage was more of an issue. We're MEANT to get 120v over here, but it seems to be as high as 124v. Not good for the older amps I have that were made to run on 110 to 115 volts.

Dharium
The guitar was SOLD two weeks ago, thanks for your interest. Hereby a unique chance to own an almost new Manson DL-1................As all of you know the DL is inspired by the very first Hugh Manson and Matthew Bellamy custom guitar, which due to its aluminium covering, Matt quickly nicknamed The 'DeLorean'. Like the original this guitar includes an internal Z-Vex USA Fuzz Factory and MXR Custom Script 90 Phaser circuit plus the Manson custom hardware pack as per Matt's actual stage guitars. This edition is limited to just 25 pieces worldwide, even harder than the MB`s to get since they will not produce it any more. Hereby some pictures, signed certificate, owners manual and custom DL-1 hardcase included.....Direct from Manson webpage: Fuzz Factory and Phase Kit + Custom Hardware – £3,943.00 plus shipping, duties that number goes around 7,700 USD. I`m asking $ 7,300 USD free shipping within USA, if you guys want to use paypal please cosnider 5 % extra charge. Please contact me for any question: faridrezac@hotmail.com Thanks for watching!
