Also is that price including VAT, which that tax dodging Americans don't have to pay?

That's me!

From the sounds of things, he's located in the US, so he'd have no reason to charge VAT as he wouldn't have paid it when he bought the guitar... but the original price he's saying he bought it for does include VAT

2013 Firebird V - White - For Trade.

Bought this in January 2014, love the look of it, but the mini 'humbucker' sound just isn't for me and I really can't be bothered to go down the route of swapping out pickups.

The guitar is mint, only left the house to be setup by CA Guitarworks in Baldock, never actually got round to playing in a band with this one. Dunlop strap locks fitted, white strap included also includes the Gibson Hardcase.

After a trade something else with humbuckers, of around equal value. I could perhaps add a little your way if you have something I'm interested in. Guitar must be in excellent condition to be considered :)

Based near Hitchin in Herts.

Photo of the actual guitar taken today:

Great chance to own an original NEW Manson MB-1!!!

I never had an intention to sell this masterpiece since it was part of my collection, only has been tested once or twice, it is basically BRAND NEW with the protection stickers still on the body.

This guitar was ordered in Dec 2012 (As shown in the certificate) and received in New Zealand in 2013 (took almost 1 year in the making), then brought it to Korea with me.

Manson Guitar Works only makes about 20 to 25 of these guitars each year, order made ONLY, and now Discontinued.

You need to apply for a waiting list, then if you're selected, you need to pay full price and wait another 9 months to receive it, again only if you're selected!

It was ordered with the X-Y Pad (Midi Screen) and Red Glitter finish.

Specifications:

Alder Body

Bolt-On Neck Construction

High Gloss Red Glitter Finish

Hard Maple Piece Neck

Premium Grade Indian Rosewood Fingerboard

Body Colour Matching Headstock

Manson MBK-2 Humbucking Bridge Pickup

Fernandes FSK Neck Pickup

Fernandes Sustainer System

Kill Switch

3-Way Selector Switch

Gotoh HAP Machine Heads

Chrome Hardware

Manson Deluxe MB-1 Logo Hard Case

Original Hand Signed Certificate Of Authenticity (Hugh Manson & Matt Bellamy)

This guitar cost me over $8,000 USD brand new (with upgrades and after conversion from GBP to USD and shipping & customs)

PRICE: $7200USD

Twice in two pages, huh?

Becoming increasingly certain that I'll be looking to move on my EHX Small Stone Phaser and EHX Stereo Pulsar Tremolo pedals once I'm back in the UK if anyone's interested. I'm also probably going to be getting rid of my Vexter Fuzz Factory, though I have the option to part exchange that with Mansons apparently. I also need to do some thinking regarding my EHX Freeze which may or may not become less relevant with some of the new pedals I plan on getting. Just thought I'd throw them out there anyway and see if there's any loose interest. Obviously I'm not back in the UK for about four months, so there's time to think and save, haha! Just thought I'd mention in case anyone here would be interested.

Hi, I bought a guitar that I have no intention of playing, depriving it of a loving home in order to make a quick buck. As you can see, I have justified my douchebaggery with a comprehensive list of seemingly valid reasons that you should pay a highly inflated price for this fine specimen of a guitar (seen clearly here in the multiple large photos that I have left un-spoilered for your convenience). If your are interested (which of course you are, this is the Muse forum after all) in getting me to stop posting, please contact me to arrange payment.

Hey! You remind me of this guy stood outside the Emirates Stadium trying to sell tickets to a not even sold out gig! He was a bit of a twat too

has anyone here got a de-armond sevenstar to sell, also any good vintage synths? like a korg pe1000, yamaha sk10 and korg lp10? i'm basically looking for good 70s era string synths.

pretty much like joy division sounds something that's similar to an arp omni 2. must be affordable.

Alright, got a few things for sale! Put prices in AUD, just to avoid confusion and because it saves me the hassle of rewriting in conversion rates on this end, considering I have this stuff for sale on other sites too.

SOLD - Sennheiser e609 Silver, $75 AUD Shipped

Purchased from James a while ago. Sennheiser e609 silver. Great little mic that works a treat for guitar amps. In good condition. No clips or case. I'll get a pic up when I have a chance.

SOLD- Oktava MK-012 Matched Pair, Modded, $450 AUD Shipped

Also selling an unusual pair of microphones, Oktava MK-012. (sonically) matched and also modded by Bills Recording. Very clean sounding mic, useful as a voice-over style mic, overheads or on hi-hats as they've just been used for. Superb mic for the money and a great addition to anyone wanting to track drums at home.

Attached with it are 2 x mic clips, 2 x -10dB pads (not pictured, yet) and attached are cardioid capsules (one with a slight dent from before I bought them, does not affect the tone). I do not have the original wooden cases for them.

I'm going to sell these together for $450 AUD shipped.

SGC Nanyo Bass Collection SB320, $425

Owch, this one is going to hurt, because this was my first proper bass, first gigs, turned heaps of heads, recorded with it, the lot.

Got my SGC Nanyo Bass Collection SB320 up for sale. It was made in 1989, Japanese model, Gotoh Tuners that hold tune unbelievably well, built like an absolute tank and plays "like butter" (cliche statement but true).

Active electronics with bass boost, treble boost, pickup blend and volume controls. I have to admit the J pickup can be a tiny bit noisy but it seems to be the case with all of these.

Cosmetically it is fine. No major damage. Gold plated hardware has lost a little bit of it's luster. Few belt scratches on the back and a bit of a chip around the 14th fret where it fell onto a mic on the floor due to a shonky stand

I'm asking $425 for it, not including shipping. I don't think I'll have any international buyers for this one, because there is a chance they go for cheaper overseas and it will be costly to ship over. If it goes to someone over here in Australia, I'll post it with a hard case, otherwise I'll be happy to take the neck off to lower shipping costs.

SOLD - DBX 215 EQ, $100 AUD

(They keep on coming)

DBX 215 EQ. Two x 15 band EQ channels. Fits on a 1U rack. Works just fine. I don't really have much else to say. No box, just as is. Should mention this is 240V

$100 AUD, excluding shipping, so again, probably prefer in this country but may be able to split shipping costs to help.

SOLD M-Audio 49 Key MIDI Keyboard, $50

Anyway, after buying a Kawai MP4 and using that for MIDI now, I no longer require this. M-Audio 49-Key Midi Keyboard. Runs off USB power, pretty useful for tracking MIDI files, works a treat.

$50, pickup preferred. Probably not worth it for an overseas buyer.

Will throw in a USB cable. I will also throw in the manual/CD if I can find it

id be interested in the freeze possibly

I reckon I'm going to be keeping the Freeze actually now. I wasn't sure before, was kind of going back and forth on it, but I've remembered some of the plans I had to use it parallel with the GR-55 and stuff, so while it might not get maximum use, there are a few things I think I still want to use it for. Small Stone and Stereo Pulsar will both be going if anyone's interested on those however. Pretty classic phase and tremolo sounds, just going to replace them with something a bit more particular to what I want.
