Maybe this? http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ And holy crap! I just got an Iron Cobra today--everything is soooo much easier to play. I had a crappy pacific double pedal before and it was a pain in the arse--it was so bad I switched to my stock single pedal that came with my budget set a while ago. This thing responds pretty much exactly the way I want it to--holy crap. Though, I do have to get used to it so I stop putting extra bass beats in. I can play Assassin without even using the slide technique or anything. And I can play Knights of Cydonia with ease. Gahhhh this is so great.

Nice! Must've cost you loads. Sweet though. I just got a Sabian 17" AAX crash for $100 new, and an Iron Cobra for about $100 new. I'm broke now though. Oh, and I just learned how to play Glorious straight through.

Fuckin hell! I almost got a hold of an Iron Cobra single pedal for $60 on eBay, and I was about to bid during the last few minutes and I was using my dad's ebay account... I was trying to ask my dad if I could bid on it and I'd pay him later while he was on the phone, and he wouldn't fucking answer me, and I told him it was ending in 3 minutes, and he just told me to leave him alone. And he was watching me watch the bid end while he was on the phone. Â Â I should've just bid on it anyway.

Thanks! Yeah, I'm a girl. Yeah, the song is a bit too loud. :/ I'll make sure to keep it down when I do the GOB edit next time. And my toms? Eh... I'm really short, so I can't really reach it they're tilted more upwards. I haven't really tried arranging it in a while to eh... accommodate my size, haha. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, it's a really cheap set from one of those brands you've never heard of. It doesn't set up right anyway. My dad won't let me buy a new kit though, even though I've got the money. :/

They were playing SMBH in Guitar Center today. I started playing along on the drums on one of their demo kits. And last time I went, Space Dementia was playing, and my sister was playing it on the piano, heh.

They've gotta play it all fancy-like. Still rocks though. Haha, I'm so proud of myself... I kept my hi hat foot playing 8ths while playing random crap for what seemed like 15 minutes straight. Yeaaah...

Oops, i meant to say I'm not from the Philippines, haha. oh well. yeah, I understand that. O--I made my own muse shirt once--i used acrylic paint, and it came out alright. I just put on too thick of a coat so it's kinda stiff, but it looks good.

Does it ever not get better when you practice? My left foot technique is still pretty bad, but I've gotten a lot better after playing along to Muse. My double-bass technique is actually getting better too. w00t!

Ah, I always hate going and trying out stuff--I get nervous playing in front of people, mainly because I suck. A:LSkfJSd;flkaj, I just spent the whole day trying to record Assassin on the drums, and when I finally play it perfectly, it's out of sync with the video. GAHHhhhHHhh. 'Ey, I need a new stand for my hats I've just realised, since I think it's my crappy stand that I got with my $300 budget kit that's making my hats sound really bad. It's really clunky and noisy and it doesn't even accomodate my double pedal well. What's a decent, cheap hihat stand? Anyone got an idea?

Ah, okay. Though I do have other reasons for learning how to use it--I'm also trying to learn how to use a double pedal comfortably and I'm hella far away from that, so I'm trying to learn how to use my left foot comfortably on the hi-hats while playing instead. I don't know, it just really bothers me how sluggish my left foot is so I'm trying to get it up to speed with the rest of my limbs. Oh, and Adam, I just saw a comment you left on youtube about your set up to make your toms sound a deeper, and I also have remo pinstripes, o-rings, an emad batter head for my bass and a hole cut out in the resonant head, haha. Is that a really common set up or something? Though, my set still sounds like crap (it's cheap and costed about $300). I hope I get something drum related for my birthday tomorrow...
