  1. It's a classic shape. But there is just no consistency in almost every respect between the Egyptian pyramids and the ancient Mexican pyramids. Damn those lazy aliens. :noey:

An adventure? A snow adventure? You mean like this one: http://board.muse.mu/showthread.php?t=58069&page=14 :awesome:

Ah. I just inflate my feet with a foot pump.

    Where!? :eek::shifty:

She is our child. Our furry child.

    I never lie! :shifty:

    A Higgs Bosun then! :phu:

Well, he thinks it's a black horse. It's actually some kind of old Victorian hobby horse thing. But we don't like to spoil it for him.

It neither starts nor finishes. For I am a Master of the Arts and Doctor in training.

  2. Tired! I need to get to bed really. I'm meant to be trudging through the arctic waste outside tomorrow at 8:50am to stand outside at work for 5 hours. It will not be fun! Especially as I want to have a snow ball fight instead dammit!

    How's you?

  3. No, sadly not! My next adventure will be tomorrow morning at 8.50am, when i'll have to head out into the arctic waste our village has just become, battling through 40cm of snow to stand at a probably empty garage for 5 hours. Twill be epic!

  4. Then they really should have had a meeting to standardise the design and function. :noey:

Lord of the Rings deserves every letter it possess. :yesey:

I may do now! I'm staying in Haddenham another week, so will hopefully do something with the friends who are still about here! It's quite spooky outside my house here at the moment. The roads, village green, and duck pond have all disappeared! It's just a carpet of snow, swallowing the world.

What are insoles? I have much to learn o teacher.

If you'd added "sex" you would have past the man test.

*meows* Speaking of which, Lucinda sent me a text. Guess who's come back to our house and is currently sleeping on her bed?! :awesome:

    If you say so! :LOL::happy:

Exactly! That's why i'm forever turning people upside-down. :yesey:

    It would.

No, I can remember that one!

    A midge.

He'd probably just cackle and flee in a dramatic fashion. It's what he normally does when I question him.

  5. Results are scary things. I hope you do well!

  6. Hello YOU! How are you this fine year?

  7. Yep. :$ My favourite was the pyramids being built by aliens. Or Atlanteans. Or both. Ah the innocence of youth!

Pffft. I don't speak anachronisms. :phu:

It would! :awesome: If a messy one! I haven't celebrated my birthday properly since.... since.... 5 years ago.

Nope. Sadly not. :( It seems that the lacing was meant to be loose, and just look cool, while I needed it tight to stop my heel slopping about. An aesthetic lace, which couldn't be used practically = fail in my books. And I have many books. If not many boots. Not now at any rate...

*girly voice* What are you thinking?

You could always buy Gods. It's called Church. :awesome:

Exactly! That's why i'm forever turning people upside-down. :yesey:

As long as it makes me smile. Which it would do.

    Because I can't remember ANYONE'S Birthday!

    An iota.

I'd say, "My God Grima! Why was I asleep before 4am?"

  8. Oh yes, and the X-Files episode I just watched had Grima Wormtongue in! :awesome:

And 4th Sexiest Male Muser! :pimp:

  9. Well... very vaguely tied to Muse. It was most popular when they were young and is mostly responsible for people loving crazy conspiracy ideas around then! Even though I was young I remember UFOs being in fashion and getting books about it!

What is TTT? Is it like TNT but more explosive as it has an extra T and less N?

Me Lucinda and Marrianne were meant to be having a big 3-way to celebrate. A big 3-way party that is, as all our Birthdays are within a couple of days of each other. But I haven't heard anything more about it and it was meant to be on the 9th or 10th, so it may not be happening now. This is the problem of having a Birthday just after Christmas and just before a main uni exam week!

The T-Shirt keeps spreading glitter everywhere! Problem with the boots is that they were the last in stock. :( My Dad will take them back on Monday, but I don't know what they'll do. If anything.

*girly voice* It makes me super excited! *cue jumping in circle while clapping hands*

As long as it takes for what? :awesome:

A proper god. Not one of those you can fit in a handbag, but one you can wrestle, and has lots of long fur. EDIT: Typo is too fun to change!

    *turns upside-down* frown.gif

Why would you need to take it down? Is your rawr really that sexual? :eyebrows:

 How do you remember these things?

    A smidgen.

    :supersad: *hugs*

  10. I've seen some of the later series before and wasn't a big fan, but my mum really recommended watching the first season and it's actually pretty good, if silly! You can bet Matt got his conspiracy theory about the giant face on Cydonia from the episode where the face chased astronauts about in ghost form.

    DO SO.

Oh, it really is! Relaxed, uneasy, and hyper are my three main looks. :yesey: Although my look got some nice changes today! My Dad decided to get me an early Birthday present, so seeing as how I rarely ever bother going clothes shopping myself we went shopping in Oxford, with my sister as my own style guide! Got some new jeans, a black sparkly t-shirt, a really nice new leather coat, and literally doubled my shoe collection... by buying two pairs of shoes. Well... I say shoes. One are a pair of black leather boots. Which are awesome. But they sadly lasted about 5 hours, and one of the metal shoelace "eye" things (the bit you thread the shoelace through!) has completely ripped out of the leather. Which is making me sad.

*puts on girly voice* Your manly voice is kinda Halloweenish.

How long does it take to get an accurate reading then?

And so do I! :( A dogish one.

    *pinches cheeks*

I have yet to hear you actually rawr out loud!

My favourite is 11, so what kind of year will it be for me?

Wow! Fun times then. A little bit better than my night i'll admit. A touch. A shade.

    Booo! :(

  11. Please do! :supersad: It's not so bad. I had some Indian food, played loud music, and have been watching my mum's X-Files boxset! Wow, your new years sounds good then! Do I predict sexy times there? :awesome:

What?! Did you really not hear that they were actually saying "cunnilingus?"!

I always look uneasy. It's my look.

Well you should have thought about that! :phu:

Then remember to use skin contact for at least 30 seconds for an accurate reading. :yesey:

I want a dog! I want a cat too. Mouse better come back to us after Christmas!

    I do? :awesome:

    You will? :awesome:

I'm going to use that as soon as I get the opportunity. This may involve going to a fancy dress shop for full effect.

7 minutes now! Woo....*fidgets*... I'm bored of waiting. Back to the X Files!

  12. I went into work on tuesday, but have taken yesterday and today off. This is the second New Years in a row now i'm going to have missed through being ill. :supersad: Soup would be good! :( What are/were you up to this New Years?

    cunnilingus.jpg

    :awesome:

Emily produced it from some kind of dressing up box and put it on my head. Everyone claimed it strangely suited me so I wore it for the rest of the evening!

Pffft! I'll take that chance. It would be a rather fitting end to Halloween. :awesome:

    Remember to bring a thermometer!

I've really no idea! It's an old recipe/method for "cured hind-leg" apparently. Ah, cured for 4-6 weeks in a "brine and sugar solution." It's basically sweet tasting ham. A bit sickly sweet imo. But then again i'm not a big fan of ham anyway.

Naaaw! That's sad. I do like a good doggy wrestle.

Nah, that can't be right. :noey: .......:$

Hmmm... a little bit, a little bit trashy is it? Well now, let me see...

    :stongue:

EDIT: This just killed me http://bash.org/?104383 :LOL::LOL:!

  13. Some kind of really bad cold or flu. My entire body aches, I have a really bad cough, runny nose, headache, slight temperature, the lot. :(

That depends on how NSFW you want the next image I post for you to be. :awesome:

I found an old phone lead so can show you it looked like this (if you can make out anything in the darkness):

    DSC03721.jpg

I don't think i'd quite go as far to dress up as Imogen Corner. I wouldn't make a pretty drag act!

    I am always extra warm.

Wikipedia it! It's essentially just posh Ham though. I'm not a big fan.

Give him a hug and wrestle from me.

I know you've heard of The Road, because I got excited about it aggges ago and posted you the trailer! :p

  14. I post at a leisurely rate.

  15. Hello there, you appear to be filling my wall!

Do you like samosas? I have a strange craving for them.

  16. I'm so ill. :supersad:

The gorilla is Rowan Atkinson (Blackadder/Mr Bean)!

What is it? I'll show you an instructional video or diagram one day. :yesey:

Aw, I hate it when people steal my costume. I've lost a sword and a skull staff to the drama society parties over the last two years. :( I'm terrified any time someone sings me Lady Gaga. Any pirate photos? :awesome:

We mixed the rum with orange juice. Because Slovakian rum by itself is horrible! And we're weak. No, he has a hat too. With the netting/veil thing. I don't know what it's called! I'm not knowledgeable about such hat based details.

I always sleep naked. It's the only way to be. :yesey:

To be fair it was not only British but made in the 60's. But still, it's awesome.

FREAKS! Oh well, at least it wasn't Gammon. Some people eat that here sometimes for Christmas too. The losers. :p

He is beautiful. Well he'd run around a table with one rubber squeaky cracker, expecting me to chase him, but then i'd get the other one and squeak it loudly at him, at which point he'd drop the cracker he was holding to try and get the other off me. This circle went on for some time. Until he got smart, and managed to fit both toys into his mouth.

9 or Nine? Apparently these are two different films! I want to see the post-apocalyptic one with some strange toys. Speaking of post-apocalyptic I also really want to see Strider (Viggo Mortensen) in The Road which finally comes out here in January!

  17. Bored eh? Well it's 9am and i'm about to go to work (:(), but have this until I return:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=beCYGm1vMJ0

  18. It was an awesome sleepover! Very hungover this morning though. That rum was a killer. I have a photo of the hat, but it's on my phone. And my phone-to-PC lead thing is in Cardiff. Needless to say it was sort of like the one Chris Corner wears in the My Secret Friend video.

I did. When I was a kid. Nowadays my parents and sister shake me awake at 10-11am. Oh, and I don't wear pyjamas.

It's pretty much just baby sitting. It sounds like the plot of some indie film though!

In the next few months. And apparently they've made it as strange and non-poppy as possible, but now he's worrying that it may end up losing fans because of it! Sounds awesome to me though!

I make drunken soup! It was THIS flavour. My parents have interesting posh soups! You've never seen the Clangers?! The pink mice things who live in the moon?! With their Soup Dragon?!:noey:

Yes, we always have roast Turkey dinners at Christmas. Everybody does. Well, or Goose. Or Chicken. Well, apart from vegetarians... the freaks. To be honest, i'd prefer something Mexican any day though! :awesome:

I played with our cousin's golden retriever. He had chewable red squeaky Christmas crackers and wanted me to wrestle and chase him for them. Which I did. I need an iPod. I broke mine 2 years ago and have just used my ancient CD player ever since. Is Avatar really brilliant? People keep saying it is, but the trailer looks so bad. And it's made by the Titanic director. I should see it at some point. Right now I want to see Sherlock Holmes and Where The Wild Things Are first though! what are you dressing as for said costume party?

I've never seen that, but it looks fun!

  19. I just (well, last night) drank half a bottle of really nice red wine, some Tequila, half a bottle of Khai's Slovakian rum, and then was leisurely enjoying a can of Fosters lager afterwards, before me Khai and Bill lay down on the floor with a laptop and speakers in front of us and listened to awesome music until 5am. Oh, and I was wearing a funny hat.

  20. Right, this reads like an excited 10 year old's diary, but i'm too shattered to do it properly!

Christmas Eve: Met up with Khai on the bus, which is the first time i've seen him since Easter. Found out he's been living in France and essentially working as a rent-a-Dad for some small kids! Their French mother split up from their abusive American father, so she fled to France with them, and Khai's job is to basically keep their English in practice and show them the good side of life by taking them out and playing with them after school!

Anyway, we went down to the Six Bells and met up with the old crew from the year below me, and me and Emily decided to save money and endless queuing by buying and sharing a bottle of red wine! Then my even older crew turned up too, and I met up with loads of friends from my own year, some of whom I hadn't seen in a couple of years! It was just amazing. Especially having both groups together! Anyway we all (about 30+ of us by that point) went to The James Figg down the road, where they have a separate small building/large room, which we proceeded to take over! Me and Emily moved onto our second bottle of red wine. After a couple of hours of fun there we moved to the Swan, where I saw even more people I hadn't seen in ages! One of them was Jack (Foals drummer), so I found out all about their next album! Then got a lift with Charlie and Khai back home, and very drunkenly made myself some soup, and wrapped my Christmas presents for the next morning.

Christmas Day: I woke up feeling fairly hungover, but good, and gave and opened presents over a strong coffee! Got a Moroccan drum my parents picked up in Marrakech (the weird thing in the picture!), some Tibetan incense, Wind That Shook The Barley DVD, a Godspeed You! Black Emperor CD, a load of socks, some new headphones, and most amazingly of all an Ivor The Engine boxset! Ivor the Engine being a strange cartoon I used to love when I was little (by the same bloke who did The Clangers and Bagpuss - if you know either of them!). It's just amazingly surreal about a sentient Welsh steam engine called Ivor, who sings in the Welsh choir, and has all sorts of strange mini adventures:

But anyway, my sister loved the bag I bought for her from the beautiful little ethnic shop in Cardiff. It's from India and just decorated in wonderful colours, with an elephant on it! We then just had a nice relaxing day, went for a walk, had a big Turkey dinner, and watched Dr Who.

Today: Just went down to my Aunt, Uncle, and Cousins from my Dad's side and had another HUGE lunch, then played lots of strange games!

Tomorrow: I'm going to Emily's for dinner, party and sleepover, as her parents are away! :D

Yep. About £20-£30 per hour lesson, about 10-20 lessons at least to learn how to drive, plus £30 for the theory test, plus £60-£70 for a driving test (with the average taking 2 or 3 tests to pass, as it is really fucking strict here!). Oh, plus car insurance which is an insane amount for under 25s. So lets say an absolute minimum of $500, and really more like $1,000, or more. Plus insurance. Plus car.
