Because of contract issues they cannot play in California before and after Coachella, but they have hinted that they should be coming back in October for some arena shows. What's the best time to arrive? Parking opens 9:00am, Venue Gates open at 11:00. Arrive early to allow for possible traffic and security search at the entrance. Please try and carpool. Damn.... Oh well... There's no way i can afford the 3 day pass and if I go for one day I'll really only be going for Muse. All the other bands I like are playing friday and sunday. halo eighteen Posted January 19, 2010 Share Posted January 19, 2010 So I hate to be a buzzkill but it seems like there will not be single day passes for sale this year. Perhaps KROQ, etc. will be holding contests, but the online marketing manager for Goldenvoice emphasized this point on the website: "Every person entering festival area, including camp sites, must have a festival pass. A festival pass is ONE wristband for the entire weekend. A 3-day pass ticket will be exchanged for a single wristband upon entry to the event grounds." Also of note is that if any tickets are still available, they can be purchased at the festival when you get there. So that's one method of going just for one day.
