Ah that sucks :(

It actually went surprisingly well!

We were in a TINY venue (the band had a corner, literally lol - the previous venue used by the organizers was shut down due to the credit crunch, so it was all they could find. They had this reasonably big band on, too (that had the venue listed on all their promotion stuff) playing in this grotty little pub hahaha - what a disappointment for them) but with it being small, we fitted in just nicely with our two acoustic guitars, and since we were basically in a little seating area thing (you know those little seating cubby things you get at places like Pizza Hut and McDonalds - with a table or two in the middle and one big cushion-chair thing around the outside?) so people were sitting really close to us. It was intimate and friendly and just generally quite nice - they were understanding because we were like "Our drummer dropped out yesterday but we thought we should still play you something - sorry to kill the buzz though!". But yeah. It was good... As you can probably tell, because I'm going on about it :p

had to cancel the manchester academy gig - we had lots of people WANTING tickets...but no one committed to buying! haha

Couldnt risk it paying £175...

Instead we're getting a gig in Mancland which WONT be pay to play.
