There are shuttle buses from the next train station (Stellingen) to the arena and back. And don't worry about the German, most people will be happy to talk English to you. Because it said standing 66€ including fees plus shipping. You can usually use public transport with the ticket, it's really easy to find. Edit: Just checked it again.
