I love this. It's quite haunting. I've always had a weird fascination with choral hymns and such, and I think Matt pulls this style off very well.

This is probably my least favourite track at this point. It just sounds like a filler Queen song, only with weaker vocals.

I actually really like this one. It's kind of trashy but it's also a lot of fun!

This is so fucking catchy, with just the right amount of darkness/melodrama. Definitely my favourite so far.

I don't think this is necessarily overproduced but I do think the production feels too clinical for this kind of song.

The chorus might have to grow on me a bit, but I'm really, really loving the verses. Lyrics are above average for Muse. Keyboards are cool and sound reminiscent of Starlight without feeling like a rehash.

This is definitely my favourite of the new songs so far. Great groove, catchy vocal melody. Muse are much better at cheesy 80s glam pop than cheesy 80s hard rock, it would seem...

This song sounds like the lovechild of Madonna and ACDC, and I'm surprised that I like it as much as I do.

Feels pretty lazy, both lyrically and musically, but I do like it in a "guilty pleasure" kind of way.

I think I like Explorers now. Yeah it's cheesy, but the harmonies and instrumental buildup are great, and I can appreciate the message being conveyed.

Knights of Cydonia probably got overplayed/overhyped back in the day, but listening to it now it's a really fun song.

I like this one too. Not a huge fan of Chris's vocals, but the lyrics are sweet and the guitar tone is really wonderful and dreamy.

Invincible is probably my favourite song on BH&R. Undisclosed Desires, Madness and I Belong to You are pretty great as well. Most of the upbeat songs get a lot of unnecessary hate. Not everything has to be drenched in teen angst...
