I find it funny how so many people are PDTers AND PMTers. Dom is attractive, but he doesn't really "do" it for me, you know?

Oh, and I read that someone was voting Dom a 1 and Matt a 10 so it would lower Dom's score. I guess that's a good strategy. I think voting Matt Worst Dressed is actually appropriate these days. I love him no matter what, but I really don't like most of the crazy stuff he's been wearing. And if he does actually want to win, then yay!

I can't decide if I really need a spare (esp. at $32 a pop!), because aside from a gig, I can't imagine a time when I'd be taking so many pictures and not have an opportunity to recharge. I guess you have a spare, but have you had to use it at a gig? I'm so undecided. I probably won't take much vid, if any. Normally I err on the side of caution, but that's a rather pricey safety net. I could maybe get one of the off-brands which are cheaper, and just make sure that it supports the camera's "firmware" whatever the fuck that is!

Oh, and hubby's watching some game right now. Snoozers! Bleh, football.

Found out today we're for sure going to Monterey during the last weekend in January. That's like really soon! It's only Fri-Sun, but it'll be fun. We're staying in some ridiculously expensive golf resort on the coast. Totally NOT my scene! But hey, free stuff. My daughter will stay with my folks. It will be a nice little getaway, even if it's short. I hope I don't have to mingle with fancy people, though.

At least I love to fly! But I am terrified of driving on the highway. And as a passenger I get carsick.

I love how they're mixing up the setlist! But I don't want to lose SS. I want it all! But I know what you mean about the bitching. I'm trying not to read too much. I guess we can pretty much expect the same type of setlist in the U.S. and I'm fine with that. It's gonna be awesome!

Why're you going to CA, and where? I've only been once and that was to SF. I may be going again at the end of this month or in March because my hubby won some trip through his work, so I think it's a long weekend in the wine country somewhere. The problem is no one seems to know the date and the magical "packet of info" hasn't arrived via Fedex yet. There's some other out of state office that has planned it, and there's other people going from other companies. It's a big clusterfuck. I'm a planner, so I don't deal well with confusion. He said at the beginning it was in spring, then when he came home the other day and said "end of Jan." I was like That's in 3 weeks, yo! So who knows what the hell is going on.

Anyway, I think I'm gonna log off soon and read for a while before bed.

Hi Bwooke! My weekend was okay, but mostly I was snowed in (that sounds so laughable) and had a cold. So no, actually it sucked ass!

Every time I step out of the car in my driveway, I step in snow. Still! Five days later! Half an inch! At least it got above freezing today. I'm kinda worried about my garden.

How was your weekend, and do you have lots of snow?
